Ordered $55 worth of food for my wife, myself, and two 5 year olds. The twins got their food just fine. No complaints from my daughter. My son however threw everything up. My burger wasn’t made correctly. The picture of the fish or chicken whatever wasn’t even something we ordered. And the spicy chicken I ate already, but wasn’t worth the $3 – $5 for whatever the price of a single was. Overall, not impressed. Not worth the drive from Salem.

Very rude drive thru attendant. I asked for some bliss cream in my coffee as I am dairy free. Every burgerville location I have gone to has been able to accommodate this request instead of using regular “dairy” creamer. They proceeded to lecture me how ceamer is made with dairy and so is whip cream. I know this and restated I would like the bliss, dairy free creamer (I did not want whipped cream and had never brought it up – if anything, burgerville has bliss whip). In marketing, burgerville always touts their bliss and dairy free options. The person huffed and said, “Oh my God,” in an angry and frustrated tone. After a few seconds they said they had it in. Once I had my coffee and was driving away I tried the coffee and there was no creamer and on the side they put a “contains gluten and nuts” sticker on the cup (which was not an allergen of concern and not one I had brought up). Over all, very rude and made a simple interaction uncomfortable. I would rather they had told me the request was not possible instead of lecturing me and being angry.

I had the best customer service experience at this Burgerville because of Adin who went out of his way to make up for a missed item. If you haven’t tried burgerville in Lake Oswego you better ask for Aidn he is the best worker. They also have a vegan cheeseburger!!! This place is bomb!

I usually like Burgerville, but this visit was frustrating. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fish & chips, but when I got home, I realized they only gave me a single cheeseburger instead of a double. Since I didn’t notice until later, I didn’t have a chance to get it fixed. On top of that, I had already waited an extra 10 minutes for my order, so getting home to the wrong food made it even more disappointing.

I appreciate the fresh ingredients and normally good service, but order accuracy needs improvement—especially when wait times are already long.

Had to make a 200 mile trip and decided to grab something for the road. I’m not a drive-thru person, but it seemed easier in this case. I ordered bacon cheeseburger minus lettuce and pickles. My passenger ordered sweet potato fries. And we both got small shakes. Off we go…

Well, the burger was easily the worst bit of food I’ve bitten into in many many years. The patty was as cold as the shake, rubbery, and flavorless. I had to pick off the pickles that weren’t supposed to be in there, and I don’t recall the menu mentioning the sandwich would be swimming in enough mayo for a dozen sandwiches. I simply couldn’t stomach a second bite, so my almost $10 burger (a $10 fast food burger!!!) went back in total the bag and tossed out at the next stop. My passenger didn’t comment on the fries, but also only ate a small portion of the order before putting the rest in the trash bag. The shakes were fine.

Had we dined in, the food would have gone back for a refund. I feel robbed from the experience. I hope Burgerville enjoys that $25 because I don’t plan on ever spending another penny with them. Absolutely horrible.

Update: Management contacted me and provided a refund.

Came in to pick up an online order, I was told my order was handed out to someone else by mistake and that it would take another minute.. okay, not a problem. I’m happy to wait. After about 10 minutes I was given someone else’s order. I realized when I got home, and attempted to eat what I was given but it was cold and hard so I just requested a refund through the third party ordering website.

So the food is great but the server almost poked the eye out of another server. And the server that got his eye poked out just told us he gave away our order. I guess he blames us. Or he just couldn’t see. This does make for good eye content though. 10/10.

DO NOT ORDER THE SEASONAL CHILI.

I thought ordering the chili that for almost $8 I’d get a good sized bowl/cup????

Gosh darn, I understand stuff is more expensive nowadays but this was shocking

The poor cashier commiserated with me, after when they handed me my items and I looked at the chili, I exclaimed, that’s the chili container? The almost $8 chili? He sheepishly agreed. I asked if they’d pay that much for that chili and he said, no.

Please no one pay that much for 3 inches of ANYTHING! Well, maybe aside from gold
