Burgerville has locally sourced ingredients, cooked fresh, service is excellent, but portions are small and their prices are steep for what you get. Paid $8.99 for an Oktoberfest cheeseburger which ended up being a total a grease ball after fatty oil saturated the bun, cabbage was tough and flavorless, not much else to the burger so it’s no wonder that it is a seasonal item. Try it once, never again. Left me still hungry, but not eanting to eat another burger due to heavy grease… Everything is over priced here, a (mini) original cheese burger is $4.49 and after a couple you’re still hungry but are pushing $14, combo meal runs close to $20, might as well go to a ‘sit down restaurant’ and enjoy a full meal instead. Last time I took my 2 teenage kids here we spent over $60 (the 3 of us) and they were still hungry afterwards. I’m wondering when they will launch Burgerville lines of credit, payment plans for meals might help regular folks afford their overpriced but delicious sweet potato fries. This is one of the most expensive fast food options out there, you can order a couple burgers and a tasty shake, but may need to take out a loan for lunch… I think Burgerville has helped fast casual become popular as they have small portions and have priced themselves out of affordability for most people.

I’ve always had a great experience and enjoyed my meal, tonight I went in to redeem my daughters ice cream token via the drive thru, and one of the staff members saw my pup and offered a pup cup! Needless to say he was a very happy boy! Always an enjoyable experience going here.

Clean and good service but the bathrooms are outside. Parking is minimal but outside seating is ample. Close to the high school so easy to walk to during lunch. Food was good but we ordered on the app and it was a bit cold. Ordering on the app is easy but you do have to walk in to get your food.

Great food and service!!! Drive through was pretty busy but it seemed to move pretty quickly and my order was accurate. This specific location in Canby does a lot for our community as far as helping with fundraisers to support kids in many different activities. Clean restaurant with a nice outdoor seating area. Located right next to the Vietnam War Memorial.

The fish burger is reduced to the size of a silver dollar. Probably the last time I eat here. So sad, to see the quality and quantity of the food go way down and the price go way up. The state of the economy and global supply chain are possible causes to this decline too. The music in there was loud, probably to discourage patrons from lingering after they eat. Definitely see a necessity for that with the high school nearby.

Bites taken out of my burger before being given to me. 05/20/2024. Came in for my mobile order around 930 pm, with my significant other and was told to wait in the mobile order white lines, after waiting for 10 minutes two people came out with my order and claimed they thought my partner was “cute as hell” and wanted her number. Then after getting home every burger had been messed with in some way and our milkshake was just milk on top of the mixing. Seriously disappointed

I can’t believe I spent $13 on this seasonal special walla walla burger Burgerville has just gone completely downhill. Such a flat, wet, rudely put together little excuse for a sandwich. Sometimes I drive by and get so excited thinking Burgerville has always been really good, but now every time I spend my money there, the sad food I get in return is a disappointment
