I have been coming to smiling moose for 6 years. It is one of my favorite delis in Eagle county. They stack the lunch sandwiches a little weird but the Mountain Sunrise is the best breakfast sandwich in the valley.

My daughter ate and seemed to enjoy it – thus the 4 stars. However, overall their staff seemed limited when we visited – it was busy, but when we were waiting in a long line to order, the person at the register started prepping food as we waited with no service. Not awful, but not a positive experience.

The burgers are unseasoned. No amount of flashy toppings can or will make up for the fact that your patties are bland and flavorless. It’s an easy fix. I’d look forward to trying again if you could make that adjustment.
