Wow! That is all I can say about the new burger I just had at Butgers N Beyond. The hash melt burger. I already love this place but this burger is outstanding . It comes with A LOT but everything works well together. I gladly wore all the melted cheese, sauce and whatever else came with each bite. Also, they have the best crinkle cut fries. Perfect seasoning! Thanks, Ali Zaher Altaher. Keep up the good work. I also feel that the Nolan Ryan beef has made your burgers even better! I am glad to see your establishment super busy during my lunch visit. Pic below shows all the ingredients that are in the burger. Let me go pass out and nap for a bit!

UNDERSTAFFED, DISORGANIZED, AND OVERPRICED WITH AN UNFINISHED FEEL
Terrible service defined this visit. There was no manager on-site, and only one employee was handling both the register and cooking—an odd setup for a location directly across from a hospital that should expect consistent foot traffic. We waited 25 minutes, which we initially understood since the employee mentioned she was working alone. However, 4–5 other in-person customers who ordered after us were served first. Her excuse was that her manager called and instructed her to prioritize those orders, which only highlighted poor management and disorganization.
The food was disappointing and not worth the price. The burger was bland, reminiscent of a frozen school cafeteria patty where the only flavor came from the cheese, and it lacked the promised house sauce. The Cajun wings were mostly dry and overcooked. The Philly cheesesteak sub was mediocre, and the cheese sticks were very small for the price.
The atmosphere didn’t help. The space looked unfinished or poorly maintained, with chairs still on tables and tissue paper used in place of proper napkins. The lack of air conditioning made things worse, with several fans running in an attempt to compensate. Overall, the experience felt like an unprepared soft opening rather than a functioning restaurant.

This place has some great options and if I’m in the area I would try some more things. But I wouldn’t recommend the burger. It’s pretty thin, lacks seasoning, and even though I ordered it medium it was very well done. We also had the wings and they were pretty good. The volcano frys were good too. Be prepared to wait it takes awhile to get your food. No fountain drinks only cans and no servers. You order on a kiosk and everything is served in Togo containers.

I was appalled to look down and see the french fry that I was about to bite into (already dipped in ketchup) had a roach hard fried into it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. I also tried calling the establishment afterwards and Roxy/ Rox acted like there was nothing she could do to compensate. Sickening ! Will be reporting to HHS

The food was delicious. The people working were friendly and informative. You can’t beat the combo price!
I called in my order ahead of time because my boo is impatient when he’s hungry and so we ate when we got in. I was so impressed with the flavor I ordered another burger on it’s own. The fries were well seasoned and their sauce is a perfect compliment.
I think the odd location and construction creates a weird ambiance but it was clean and the extra food we ordered was out promptly!

Came here for lunch randomly and I wasn’t disappointed one bit. 10/10. Great food great service at a great price. Their burgers are everything I want in a burger and more. Will be coming back!
