The stuffed burgers were filling and had a good taste. The fries are served in baskets with plenty to share. The service was pretty good. The only negative is parking is not the best and the place is small so the tables are close together. Overall it was a good experience and I will definitely go back.

Its a bit crowded inside however the staff is nice. Only been there twice and both times it took awhile to get your food. The burgers are indeed really nice. But they are sort of greasy and the bread is not the best and falls apart as you eat. The fries are also really greasy. Its not a terrible place but I don’t really think I’ll go back.

Used to like stopping in here but never again. Came in with 3 coworkers friday for fish fry. Fish was average. Fries were cold and soggy. We were given very small cups of tartar sauce so we all asked for another. She brought them out and we finished lunch. When the bills were dropped off, we were surprised by the $12 fish lunch price and on top of that, we were charged $.75 each for the tartar sauce! Ridiculous! I was charged for 2 extra sauces. She didn’t tell us in advance that there would be a charge. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Was a long time patron of Burgers! Spent A LOT of money with them in the past, till the owner upset me. Been 2 years since I’ve been there, but had a craving for one of the burgers. Treated myself and 2 other coworkers to lunch. Spent $41 on 3 burgers with no side. I should have saved my money!! 3 bites in the burger fell apart and meat out of all sides of plain bread. What happen to the garlic bread? One coworker spent most of the afternoon in the bathroom with an upset stomach. I drive by there quite often and the back lot is always empty, I wonder why!!! By no means would I recommend going there. Stay away!! Even with the thousands of dollars I’ve spent in there, literally, the owner doesn’t care and it’s starting to show.

I go to B & B at least once every couple of weeks. I will never set foot in the place again. I ordered the A1 burger but asked for them not to put the A1 on the TOP of the burger. They charged me an extra dollar because I had changed the order. Using that type of logic one of my lunch partners that ordered his cheeseburger without the bun should have also been charged extra. When I mentioned it to the waitress she asked the owner who stated to the waitress that is the policy and he will only do this for me one time. Well I paid the full price and will never do business there again. I order the same thing every time and sometimes they have not charged extra. To lose good steady customer over 1 dollar seems to be a bad business decision. Anyone who thinks otherwise does not deserve to be in business. I work at a local company with over 100 employees and some of them support me in my new boycott.

So I posted this one the wrong restaurant but now I got it right. Went into burgers and beer in down town Willoughby because I heard it was good. Upon sitting down it was hot in the dining room. No big deal. Took about 15 minutes for the server to bring us our drinks then take our order. 30 to 40 minutes later we finally get our food I ordered the stuffed jalapeño burger and my friend ordered the stuffed bacon burger and we both ordered an order of fries. 30 to 40 minutes later we get our food and only a single order of fries. The jalapeño burger had absolutely no flavor the pepper jack cheese had no flavor the garlic bread it came on had no flavor. Still had to pay for the food I didn’t fully eat. Then had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to cash out to get out of that place. Will never go there again will never refer anyone to the place just over all a bad dining experience if you want a good burger do not expect it from here because even though the name is burgers and beer their burgers are gross and sloppy and just a ball of grease I felt like I had to take a shower immediately after picking it up never ever again

Excellent Service, Good Food, Chicken wings came out hot and golden brown, good buffalo sauce, Cole Slaw good portion, but bland. Celery with Blue cheese, bland. My fries good flavor but came out warm not hot. Wifes assessment: Good food…way overpriced! I would have to concur, at over 20 some dollars FOR LUNCH! That was with coupons! 🙁

I came here for a gyro breakfast based on their website and it was not even an option. The waitress was rude. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes for breakfast. Come to find out fifty minutes into our wait, they ran out of eggs. No one bothered telling us. We were given toast at least five minutes before our breakfast came out, which is not pleasing since I like to dip my toast into egg yolk. Nothing like cold toast, ugh!

We went to Burgers-n-Beer the other night and it was packed! (Our friends told us it would be.) A jolly hostess took our name and we hung out at the bar and waited. The bartenders were cheery and poured stiff drinks! Met some really cool people at the bar 🙂 Had the ribs- incredible! and my friend had a stuffed burger – I think gorgonzola and almost got one to go. chicken tortilla soup was also great. It took a little while to get our food but well worth the wait- good times and great food! Ps take the valet parking if they have it (did on weekends)because the parking in willoughby is tight!
