Ordered carne asada nachos again and there was no carne asada again. Not sure if they ran out of meat but they should have said something. Ordered multiple orders and it was a waste of money. Definitely I am no longer a customer.

The food here is consistently good—especially the burgers and fries, which are my personal favorites and the main reason I keep coming back. The cooks are always friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciate.
However, the customer service from the front staff could definitely use improvement. The women who take the orders often seem visibly upset, rushed, and unfriendly, even when the place isn’t busy. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that takes away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
If the service matched the quality of the food, this spot would be a five-star place. I hope management considers working on staff training and customer interaction, because the food really is worth coming for.

I was very happy with this spot but also I feel like I can use just a little bit more flavor, the food quality was excellent, fresh, and good portions for a good price. I got the pastrami burger it was really good and juicy I just like my pastrami a little bit softer rather than being grilled, but it was tasty. I also got an order of chilli cheese fries and the quality was excellent just need a little bit more flavor on the chilli. Still good spot will b coming back to try other items on the menu.

As a food critic all my life and my career I take the time to check out these small locations that are usually hidden from the knowledge of the public. 1st time here and from looking on their reviews of 4.1 I wanted to see if the taste was worthy to be on the 4.0 and above, so I asked for the simplest thing in hopes that it would be amazing taste or at least excellent… 1st we all know that all good things take time to be made. When I was told my food was ready in less than 5 min I was shocked.. in most cases I would love the speed ( on a supermarket or fast food place ) but at this point I was worried about the taste… cause eggs alone could take 3-4min with ham and hash browns would had made it longer … but this place had it all made already it seems like it. Anyways. As expected the burrito had so little amount of eggs and ham that for all of those out here looking for good eggs burritos with nice amount of ham ( definitely not here sorry ) I definitely didn’t like the taste. It had so much hash browns it should be call hash brown burritos… if had to judge everything else based on my burrito I would say maybe not interested in trying the rest.. however the reviews on the rest of the menu items seem to have good reviews, so maybe in the future if ver decide to eat here I might try something different until good luck my peeps and remember to ask for less less less less hash browns and more of the obvious….

Love the charbroiled taste of the cheeseburgers. Also the flavoring in the burgers are enjoyable. The french fries are crisp on the outside and soft and hot on the inside. Friendly staff and a simple drive thru window. When I call in an order, it is always ready by the time I get there.
