This is a fun little place to go. The food is pretty good and the staff is always awesome. My kids love the saddles, and the fact that they offer corn dogs and hot dogs. The owner of the Rupert Burger is etc is very interactive with the customers. Both the last two times I’ve gone she’s coming talk to my family. After finding out we had been in a car accident, and the kids have been pretty traumatized, she invited them to make their own ice cream cones. This kind of Careis something you only get in a place like burgers etc where it’s real people who care about the people who come in to their establishment. We will definitely be back! Also, the curls and the onion rings are awesome!

I was passing through Rupert for work and came across this place. I had one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had, the atmosphere is classic small town burger place and every single person I spoke with there was incredibly friendly! I would recommend these folks, even if you aren’t going to Rupert. Take the time and get off the freeway to eat here.

Pretty good for an old school fast food place. They take a while to make the food but it was all fresh. The spicy chicken sandwich was juicy and the bun was soft. The fries and tots were hot and crispy. The seating area was clean. We would return.

Whenever we make a visit to Rupert the Burgers Etc is always a visit. We love the Finger Steak basket with curly fries and fry sauce. We hit both locations in Burley and Rupert on our recent 8-day visit. Between the two we made six visits. Food was great. My favorite drink is the fresh lime. I feel the fresh lime was better at the Burley location. My wife loves the Ham & Cheese with a chocolate chip shake.

My daughter and her family went through the drive-through last night after her son’s swimming lessons waited 35 minutes and never received their food. She had three small children in the car and hoping the drive through would be quicker and not the hassle of taking all the kids inside. They had her pull forward to wait while cars behind her received their food. After waiting 35 minutes with absolutely no food or even an acknowledgement that they were there and a very hungry upset baby in the back she left. So they paid for food they never received!! Absolutely terrible service!!

They advertise try our fish sandwich. So I did. Terrible because the tiny fish patty only covered 1/3 of the bun. And the buns was of average size. Not worth the price.

Excellent service. Three of us showed up very close to their closing time and the staff was happy to take our order. Burgers were great, tots were awesome and the finger steaks were amazing.
Best part of the meal was the fresh strawberry shake!!

Great food be be prepared to wait. Made an order of 3 basic hamburgers add tomato no onion, and took 35 minutes waiting at the drive through, only to find out they had messed it up and charged me $10 extra. I pointed out the mistake and it took them another 15 minutes to “correct” it. Only to find they’d made cheeseburgers with onion and no tomatoes. I went back for it to be fixed once more after another 15 minute wait my simple order was finally done. I normally don’t send food back, but I’m not giving my lactose intolerant pregnant wife who gets nauseous when she even smells onions, and cheese burger with onions.
