Can I give -100⭐?? We walked in through the revolving front door and INSTANTLY spelled like a public bathroom . We approached the restaurant and stood waiting for 15 minutes. The whole time, all we could smell was the stench of sewer and urinal cakes!! Once we finally got a nod from the waitress, she waived us over to the bar and then pushed a set of menus across the bar and said something I couldn’t understand because the music was so loud and she didn’t even try to speak over it. After sitting in an uncomfortable space-ship chair for a few minutes, the idea of trying to eat with such a horrible odor was a no-go. We got up and left.

Ordered the Inncredible Salad with steak. Steak was good however, the selling point of the salad for me was all the additional items on the salad. I did not get the shredded carrots, gargonzola, candied pecans, nor dried cranberries on my salad. Furthermore, the waitress almost seemed confrontational with my boyfriend, rolling her eyes after he placed his order and then asking “why are you mad at me?” He wasn’t mad and didn’t seem to have an attitude. Granted he wanted a shake and they couldn’t do that because they were closing in 10 minutes, but he didn’t get cranky with her and her eye rolling and confrontational attitude was too much for the situation, almost like she was trying to get a rise out of him and goad him. We spent 6 hours traveling and were tired and achy from the flights and walking and just wanted to get to our room to eat and go to bed.

Not very good food. Only had breakfast. Great service though. The waitress was helpful in navigating what was what on the menu. Too much butter on everything. The whole breakfast just tasted like butter and salt from the meat. It seems to be food that’s just heated up and put together. I’ve used the “hash browns” that are just potatoes O’Brien at home before from the frozen aisle at the grocery store. The eggs are fresh though but still have that strong butter taste.

Surprisingly nice atmosphere and the food was really great! We came in on our way down south looking for a quick stop and a burger and ended up coming here. Our server was nice and had some recommendations which was great. There are large tv’s so this would be a nice spot during football season. If I’m ever in the area looking for a burger I’ll stop in

While checking in at the Holiday Inn in Stapleton, the clean, modern and welcoming atmosphere of Burgers & Crafts immediately caught my attention. After putting away my bags, I felt the need to check out this bustling restaurant and grab some dinner. I appreciated the open seating and was able to find a rather peaceful spot away from the bar. I liked that all the tables were kept clean, and that all the furniture was new/sturdy.
My server was Itza. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, she was very attentive and spent a decent amount of time explaining their menu items to me (since I do have some dietary restrictions). I eventually settled on the “Grilled Chicken/Pesto Flatbread”, which was one of the smaller options on their lunch/dinner menu. Although it was slightly burned/crispy on the edges, I could tell that it had been freshly pulled out of the oven, and it tasted really good. Although it was listed under “Small Plates”, the portion size was generous enough for me to have some slices leftover.
Overall, I was quite impressed with the atmosphere, food and service. It was much better than most hotel restaurants that I have visited! I enjoyed it enough that I stopped by again (for breakfast), to have their “Short Stack of Pancakes”, which was the perfect size for me. My server, Amy, was also very attentive and friendly.

For the price of the food you would think that have better service we sat down at a table literally 10 ft from the bar and the waiter or waitress was too sorry to walk 5 ft to take our order we had to walk up to the bar. Do not recommend will never eat there again
