Burgers Blues Barbecue was founded in 2010, with the idea of offering great food, a fun atmosphere, and a place for families to relax and enjoy. Try our hand-made burgers, barbecue, blue plate specials, and even breakfast (Mon-Sat at Madison location, Saturdays only in Brandon). Our Brandon location has a large outdoor patio, where you can enjoy LIVE MUSIC every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. We offer dine-in, carryout, and even delivery. Food was decent. You have to order your food and pay first and they serve you once you find your own table. I had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and French fries. My husband had the smash burger which he did not care for too much. Our first time coming to this restaurant and we won’t be coming back. The atmosphere was nice and staff was friendly. Did not realize everything is self service. Had to ask the staff about our desserts that we ordered and they were either in the fridge for to-go or packaged. I wish I would have known the brownie was packaged, from the menu online it seemed as if the desserts would be brought out to us fresh. The hostess did say the banana pudding was fresh that my husband ordered.

Stopped in a few minutes ago. Place is totally empty and only 2 people outside on patio. Had 3 employees walk past us and no one would take our order. This is pretty sad. I could understand if they were slammed and busy but they were not. We took our business elsewhere and won’t be back.

We were not sitting at a table. We walked up to the counter and was waiting to place our order at the cash register and your employees continued to walk passed us. Pull up your camera footage. Please don’t add insult to your customers and try and place the blame on us for your employees lack of service. There was no confusion on our part.

Such an awesome find while traveling. Everything had loads of flavor! The burger was amazing, & the Nashville hot tenders was the best! The onion rings were crazy good, as were the tots, both coming with an Old Bay kick. The venue itself is super fun, offering live music, TVs, outdoor games, & more. There’s a choice of indoor or patio dining. And, not to be forgotten is the excellent customer service. It made for a pleasant break on our way home.

I have ate at his restaurant at least 3 times a month for a year now. It was so good, now the past two weeks they have changed their fries. At first I figured they ran out of potatoes and had to go by in bulk at the grocery store across the street. Well I went back again nearly two weeks later and I guess these are the new “home cut” fries. They are garbage, they are definitely store bought. They taste a little sweet, cheap and also rubbery and stale. The grocery fries taste better, as well as the cheap ones you get from Mexican restaurants. My roommate has had the same meal twice now two weeks apart and she says the chicken taste different, as in, not as good. I got a burger this time and that was great. Last time I got the dirty bird and it wasn’t the same- wasn’t as good. I’m not sure if they changed food vendors or what but at least bring back the better fries.

First time trying this place, so I chose the love-handle burger, which is MASSIVE and super cheesy!! Definitely couldn’t finish it all. I also got a side of loaded fries. This was a lot of food for one person. LOL
My rating would have been a 5-Star but my loaded fries were greasy and a little burnt. Overall, I was satisfied with the portions, quality, and the price.

We have been many times and each time the food was great. Had their ribs first time, falling off the bone and a great smoke taste, and had the BBQ burger this time and it was equally as good. Staff and atmosphere was great as well.

We decided to get a burger on Tuesday so we thought,,, where else. Burgers and Blues and we are in Brandon MS. We placed order to go over phone and by the time we got there it was ready. The food and service was great. I would eat there again. Burgers are always good. I refer friends and customers there everyday. In these busy times, Stephen and the crew do a good job. Thanks, Chris
