This is located inside Hard rock hotel & casino. Country Western burger was good. The burger was cooked right and it was juicy and the bun was good. The chicken tenders was dry and the french fries was hard and chewy. Good customer service.

Had dinner here during a night stay this past weekend. I had the Country Western Burger and my wife had the Rock and Roll Burger. Both were cooked to order and were flavorful and very good. The fries (which don’t come with the burger) were good. They also had one of my favorite IPAs on tap (Voodoo Ranger Juice Force) I wanted to try their milkshakes because they looked good but was full from the burger and fries and didn’t want to over do it since there was gambling to be done lol. All-in-all it was very good, the juicy pub style burgers that I like and I would come again the next time I’m in AC at the Hard Rock.

The best burger I’ve ever had in my life , not kidding! Meat is cooked perfectly and the bun is so crunchy yet soft underneath. Food came fast and plenty of tables to chose from ! Def recommend if you are in ac looking for a good burger !

We stop by at Hard Rock Casino for lunch and decided to try BURGERS & HOPS.Located on second level next to a few others. Although was a line, it moved quickly .We had a single burger, 2 Rock n roll burgers ,fries and 2 drink for a total of $ 63.39. I must say the burger was juicy, cook well and tasty and so the fries, nice hot & crispy. Definitively will stop here again

DO NOT GO HERE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We watched the people in front of us send their order back for getting it wrong, and the people working gave them a hard time. Then, when I was checking my receipt to see if she rang our order up correctly, I got sassed at by the cashier lady. We got our $80+ order, and 2 of our 4 dishes were incorrect. When trying to tell them about the mistakes, they also gave us a hard time despite trying to talk to them respectfully. Mistakes happen, but there is no need to tell us off about it, especially when considering the prices. I ended up just eating mine since I did not want to wait again but am extremely disappointed in how myself and my family were treated.

I would have given this place a negative or no stars!! This place used to be great. June 28 2023 went there 4 ppl over 100 dollars they messed up the order on who had a single or double burger yet asked for food back with fixing the initial ignorance on their behalf. What a wasteful place, rude, and a waste of money. Go outside hard rock on the boardwalk get a better and cheaper burger!!! We did!!

This is basically a fancy casino food court. Looks a lot better because it should. But honestly the food is decent, just overpriced as heck. This isn’t the airport for crying out loud where we can’t leave. It’s good, but your $4 bottle of Aquafina may leave a nasty taste in your wallet.

I’ve never seen a plate look EXACTLY like the picture they provide for it! This is their new Smashed Avocado Toast w/ Egg & grilled tomato on the side & it was absolutely phenomenal! Very, very filling too!
