I was in town on vacation and decided to try this spot. My in-laws, kids, and myself were seated at a booth with a great view.
I decided to try the double smash burger with the truffle fries. My father-in-law decided to have the wings. Both were super delicious! My boys and I got milkshakes that were really delicious!
The staff were really great! Our server got our orders correctly and quickly. The shift manager even came by each table to speak with each customer!
I recommend the establishment!

amazing place!!! hollywood was an amazing server, along with the very kind lady that was working with him as well (i missed her name). great service and workers. super fresh food, the burgers were so so filling and yummy. and they gave us a free dessert on the house!!! definitely try the nachos with the short rib meat, some of the best nachos i’ve had. can’t wait to come back!!!

I went here a really long time ago I can’t remember if it was back in 2015 or 2018 one of thoses years . And i remember the food taking forever to come out . Like almost three hours .. i understand food takes a long time to cook but that’s just ridiculous. And i remember it not being packed . The burger wasn’t even good , they fries were ok. Came across Burgerology when driving down Merrick Rd. I can’t pass up the chance to try a good burger spot. With the name “Burgerology”, it had a lot to live up to.
We got the tenders and the avocado smash to start. Both very good. Ask for quality.
I got a build your own prime burger with egg, raw and carmelized onions, lettuce, pickles and their house sauce.
My boy got the Turkey burger.
He couldn’t stop raving about the turkey burger, but said next time he’d get a different bun. He felt the multi-grain option it comes with didn’t go well.
My burger was flavorful and fresh. Absolutely delicious. Flawless. Messy, but worth it. Those carmelized onions were the truth.
Do it.
He got an IPA. I got a soda.
Altogether it was about $90.

10/10 grilled chicken nachos. HUGE portions my friend and I barely made a dent. Amazing strawberry lemon drop martini and a peach and raspberry margarita, each drink better than the last!!! Nothing beats the stellar service by the bartender Greg. Service with a smile (even when some of the other guests could’ve made that difficult). Kudos to him!

This place offers amazing burgers with an incredible variety to choose from on the menu. The service was outstanding, and everything about this visit was absolutely perfect. The milkshakes were equally delicious—definitely some of the best I’ve ever had.
I was so impressed that I ordered food to-go for my siblings so they could experience how good it is. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.

Great selection of burgers and desserts! The meat was cooked perfectly and the sauces were to die for. Hollywood was an amazing server. He was polite, friendly, attentive and fast 🙂

Went yesterday for hubby’s bday. The atmosphere was cool with writing on the walls etc. our server Hollywood was the best! He is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. Where to start? I ordered a drink which came with a cute LED light inside, (but not worth $15) then came my Kobe burger. I ordered it to be cooked “medium”. There was NO pink at all. Hollywood offered to take it away and get another which was appreciated but I was almost done with it so I decided not to be “that customer” the coleslaw was dry and did not have much taste. My Mac and cheese was probably the most disappointing. Got it as a side instead of fries but instantly regretted it. It was bland and the macaroni was over cooked. Presentation on the burger was nice but nothing special. Hubby got the dry aged which wasn’t cooked to his request either, and with a Gluten allergy he was very limited on what to order from the menu. I got the ice cream stuffed glazed donuts to go for my kids and maybe it’s better when you’re there but it wasn’t anything special for them to charge me $12 for 2 of them meanwhile it was listed as 2 for $11 I wasn’t going to kvetch for a dollar. They also added 75 cents for the sprinkles and that wasn’t advertised as an extra charge otherwise I would have passed. They weren’t that great, anyway. All in all he had a good time, it wasn’t overly crowded, the staff was friendly and we got our food within a respectable amount of time. I just wish it lived up to the hype. Would go again but with lowered expectations.
