I haven’t been here since it was Burger Bar (it was not a pleasant experience at that time), however since it’s now Burgerology – I figured we’d give it a go for another try. The place is set up the same, and it’s a little loud when busy – so not necessarily a date spot (if you want to have a conversation). The waiter was nice – new, but helpful. The Hudson Valley Turkey Burger was juicy and tasty, good size and the fries were on point. The Buffalo Wings were crispy and tasty, not too hot. I did a Build your own Burgerology Burger… to be honest, it was not what was expected. I spoke with the manager on hand who was delightful and did the right thing by me – therefore, the service star went up to a 5. I also ordered a S’mores Dip which was sweet, tasty and just what the doctor prescribed! I’m leaving the food at a 3 right now, but I’ll return when I’m home from touring again – if the next meal is good, I’ll gladly adjust the scores. Again, they did the right thing by me – so I’d recommend. Definitely worth a shot of your in the area.

It’s clear that the bar is the highlight of this restaurant. We went at about 9 pm on a Friday night and we were the only people at a table, although many people were at the bar. We ordered milkshakes– which were fabulous (and just as good for breakfast the next morning too), but it took about 20 minutes to receive them. We had to go in search of our server to get them. We waited another 30 minutes for the check, and I finally found our server at the bar taking shots with her friends. Awkward. I would go back because the shakes were that good, but I would go earlier.

Really nice service and good food. Hostess who sat us was super friendly, also gave me some me great advice with where to park since I accidentally parked in the bowling alley lot. Our server Hollywood was super nice and attentive. Food and drinks came out prettty quick. I got some type of bbq burger which was cooked well done as asked. Really nice presentation with the bacon and crispy onions neatly on top. The fries were crispy salty fresh and delicious. Got a rum punch drink which was really delicious. My girlfriend got the southwest salad which she loved and I also tried and was delicious. I wish we stayed for desert too. Great vibes. 2010s bangers were playing, but not obnoxiously loud. Also overheard workers talking to each other by the kitchen, saying the please/thank you etc. I live in pequa but always passed by this place because you kind of miss it on merrick road. I will definitely be coming back.

Google maps noted less busy than usual.. if this is off-peak for this place, I would avoid peak for sure. The noise was deafening. The server was nice, BUT waiting 45 minutes for 2 mediocre burgers is criminal. Mine fell apart, multi grain bun crumbled, likely kitchen rushing, no flavor in meat, bland toppings. Both fries cold, bland, looked like crumbles leftover. Definitely not coming back. Maybe just an off night for them.

The French dip and the NY hot pastrami is to die for!!! And the burgers for a $20 burger some will complain others will appreciate!

Enjoyed lunch here during a weekday. Service was quick and on point. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. The manager even came by a couple of times to check on us. The Baconology burger was very good. Cooked perfectly to my request. The toppings were delicious and the portion size was just right. I opted for sweet potato fries that were equally as delicious. Each guest in my party also enjoyed their food very much.

Have been going to Burgerology since it was Burger Bar and do not understand what happened it used to be a great place to go, we sat at bar and waited a long time to get service if it wasn’t for someone we knew telling the bartender we wanted something we would still be sitting there we were actually gettung ready to walk out. The music was extremely loud couldn’t even here ourselves. We noticed alot of patrons coming In to try and get a seat but were told they needed reservations but meanwhile there were empty tables. What happened to this place it used to be so good and a friendly local place to meet friends and have good food and service. Hopefully things change soon.
