We visited the place on a Saturday evening around 8:00 PM. After ordering at the fast counter, our food was ready in about 10 minutes, so the waiting time was reasonable. Due to its central location, the place can get crowded from time to time, and during peak hours ordering may take a bit longer.
Seating capacity is limited. If you’re not sitting at a regular table, there’s a high chance you’ll be seated next to others, and the seating is not very comfortable. Compared to Five Guys, it’s not really a place where you’d want to spend a long time eating.
We tried the plain hamburger and the cheeseburger. Price-wise it’s good, and in terms of taste it’s better than competitors like McDonald’s and Burger King. I haven’t tried the Meisterburger yet but I’ve heard it’s quite good, but didn’t get the chance this time. Between the two, I’d recommend the cheeseburger, as the plain hamburger tasted a bit too simple.
The fries are similar to Five Guys in style, but not as good. Still, considering the price, they’re decent. Drinks are expensive, and since there’s no refill option, paying around €3.5 for a soft drink doesn’t feel worth it.
There is outdoor seating available, but of course it’s not a good option during cold weather.

One of the best burgers in berlin. All the times I’ve eaten there, it’s always delicious and never disappoints . The price is also great.
We went at night so it was a bit crowded and was difficult to find a place to sit. It also got really loud. Despite that we got our order pretty quick.

The burgers are seriously delicious and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s totally worth the wait (if there is one). If you’re looking for an amazing burger, this is the place to go!

Nice burgers, fries, and milkshakes but no onion rings. The restaurant is very crowded and loud. There is only one veggie burger on the entire menu but it’s incredibly delicious. The unlimited ketchup and sauce supply is nice.
Recommended if you seek nice burgers regardless of the ambience.

Really good burgers! We came on a Saturday night and it was packed but it was easy to find seats. We ordered two burgers and two portions of fries but we couldn’t finish the fries, the portion is huge, we could have shared one. We ordered the Fleischermeister burger and it was delicious, big, soft bun, tasty meat, lot of flavour. If you like cheese, order the cheese fries, they give you the cheese sauce on the side, and again, it was pretty big pot, so we ordered one normal fries and one cheese one, and one pot was enough for both of us. Such a treat. We also had a cookie as dessert and it was pretty good. You also have self service ketchup and mayo stations. Pretty good food, fast and friendly service.

This was an amazing burger. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, if not the best. The place was very busy but due to being fast food we managed to find a table once the food was ready.
The burger was juicy, saucy and had the best flavour. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.
