The service was awesome. Everyone that talked to us was very friendly.
The atmosphere is nothing to write home about as the place is under construction, but maybe it will look nice when it’s finished.
The food tastes great! I could tell they used real blackberry in my shake since I could feel the seeds in there. The burger was filling and everything felt fresh on it.
My only complaint is the price. A fast food burger should not cost $9-$13. I could go to Dick’s and get two equally good burgers for the same price.
I will at least be back for the delicious shakes 🙂
Food is fairly priced, but I still think having a computer handed to me to ask for a tip at a drive through location is wild. Tipping culture has gone bonkers, and I think it’s time to call it out. The woman taking the orders actually leaned into my window so I could enter my own name for the order, and then fill out the tipping information while she watched.
The burgers we received (both burgermasters with grilled onions) were the most disappointing burgers we’ve ever had. We laughed when we realized going to McDonald’s would have been more flavorful. The bun was so soft it compressed to a thin layer that could barely handle what was inside, and the patty was unseasoned, tough and chewy, sadly overcooked. Im not sure who was on the line tonight, if they were new, but it was bad. My friend remarked “I see there’s sauce, i’m eating it, but it doesn’t taste like anything.” It was like suffering from COVID, but paying for the experience. I told my friend that if there was a place to dine in at, I would have returned it for a refund and left.
The fries I have to excuse from the travesty. They were crispy, salty and delicious as always.
I like burger master, and I’ve been happy with this location before, but after tonight I don’t think I’ll be back to this location unless I’m in a position to easily return the food.
The biggest issue is that they ask for tips at the drive-through. It feels out of place for this kind of restaurant especially since management said they’d address it after previous complaints, but nothing’s changed. Read the room: everyone is complaining about tip fatigue so please just stop. Do better. Don’t be so short sighted. The fries are also under-salted, and the milkshakes could be creamier.
Overall, it’s fine for a quick meal, but with a few improvements, it could be much better.
My review is for the burger but I will say I have gone six times and they have only got my burger order correct one time which is pretty terrible. And the worst part they hand you a credit card machine asking for a tip at a drive-thru food truck. I absolutely do not like that especially being a chef for the last 15 years.
Very excited to see the ordering system get better once the building opens!
