It was our first time trying Burgermaster so we didn’t know what to expect. When you drive-up, keep your lights on for service. We ordered the 3- piece fish and chips basket and fish sandwich. I know… at a place called Burgermaster and we ordered fish. The fish was flaky but the batter fell right off. It happens sometimes. The tartar sauce was good but on the sweet side. Fries were delish. Would come back just to try their burgers. Jeslyn was our server and was friendly.

This review is based on the poor quality food I received for dinner tonight. This was my first time here. Nice place. Much better than the Kirkland location. But I was so disappointed with the food. The burger was ice cold and it was badly put together. The fries were cold and greasy too. It was truly terrible. I wanted a good burger for dinner and this was anything but good. I still have that greasy taste in my mouth an hour later from that fries. I ate the burger as I was so hungry but I only ate few pieces of the fries The cold water with the sliced lemon was the only good part of my meal. The staff were nice too. It’s the food ???? Maybe it was a bad night in the kitchen ??? Hard to tell.

Absolutely love this place. Came here for the first time with my sister and the staff was so friendly and answered all of our stupid questions with nothing but kind and genuine answers. We especially enjoyed staff member Eva if i remember her name correctly, she made our first visit very special and worth while. The food is amazing and well priced. Will definitely be coming back.

A classic drive-in gem! Juicy grass-fed burgers cooked perfectly, topped with that killer house sauce, fresh toppings, and crispy fries. Fast carhop service keeps it hot and fun—old-school vibes with killer flavor. Best bacon cheeseburger around. Highly recommend!

It was my first time going to Burgermaster.
I sat in my car for a bit with my headlight on (as the sign instructed), but no one came out.
So, I ended up going inside to order – then was instructed to go back to my car to wait & they would bring it out to me.
I ordered a blackberry shake and onion rings.
Blackberry shake I’d give 3 out of 5.
Personally, I wouldn’t order it again.
(But I am also an ice cream snob, I like a really good shake!)
Onion rings were very good.
2 shakes & 1 onion ring= $23.00

I’m a big fan of Burgermaster, they serve hearty, easily customized burger for reasonable prices.
Their app allows for rewards and ease of pickup. I especially appreciate the gluten free bun option.

There’s a reason this place is a local legend. The carhop service is fast and friendly, and the food actually tastes like real ingredients. The Burger Master (double burger) was juicy and hit the spot, but the blackberry shake was the real star of the show. It’s a bit pricier than a standard drive-thru, but the quality of the beef makes it worth every penny. A must-visit if you want that old-school vibe!
Also i tried the chicken burger too and it is very tasty

Drive up restaurant with carhop service! Burgers were great! Fries good. And they even had a burger patty for my pup! The only complaint, the shake was runny even though they served it with a very large straw. Wishful thinking I guess?

10 minute wait with no service; the server walked by 2 times without any acknowledgment, checked my lights, multiple customers needed to go in to order food but that just defeats the purpose of a drive-in, no? Do we need to honk?
