How many functioning drive ins are left in thr US? NOT many! (Excluding the big chain store many may think of.) Their burgers have a juicy taste reminiscent of a backyard cookout. You can also order inside. Each year the restaurants go big on Christmas decorations, delighting kids and adults and making the neighborhood look festive.

I took my son for his first drive up diner experience and he was absolutely wowed. This place has a great expansive menu with delicious burgers, tasty sides, and great service.

Been here multiple times and ordered + dined on the spot and received great service with no problems. Yet the past couple times I have placed an online order, the service is the worst. Brushed off 3 different times and 20 minutes passed the ready time for my order. It got to the point where I have to literally block the doorway just for someone to finally help grab my order and it was sitting there the whole time while employees just talked amongst themselves. Also my order was messed up and received a different item than the burger I had ordered.

I love Burger Master! It’s super clean, with friendly and welcoming staff that always make you feel at home. The service is quick, and the food is fresh and delicious every time. I also really appreciate the extra touches—like the lovely flower garden outside and the fun, seasonal painted glass windows. It gives the whole place such a cheerful and inviting vibe. A local gem I always look forward to visiting!

Food and service was great here. Even the kids loved their order. We did a mobile pickup order and when we arrived early the place was packed with no parking stalls available. We parked in a parking spot across the parking lot and went inside and they told me that they would bring the food out to us. Shortly after our food was delivered to our car.

Burger master has great prices and amazing staff. Stacie was so friendly and kind and we had some great laughs and she took time to talk about the movie Twilight with me while getting my order. I went here for a birthday dinner and it was fun and delicious! I’ve been here before but plan on coming back in just a couple days!

Actually, I’m a foreigner, and I have been staying in Bellevue for 2 weeks. This is the best restaurant since I came here because every staff is really nice, kind and sweet. I’m so touched. Even though I’m not good at speaking English, I have no my car, I could purchase the burger (walk-in). Anyway, thank you for giving me the precious memory and the kindness. This Burgermaster location was as solid as their other locations with a quick turnaround and plenty of open spots for in-car dining. The service was a bit fast/rushed to take our order but the food we received was the expected tasty and well portioned Burgermaster experience. Would come back if I was hankering for a burger!

As former Eastside residents, Burgermaster was an absolute must on this Pacific Northwest trip! My husband loves the fish sandwich and it is the hamburger for me. About to enjoy our second meal here and are planning a third when our son arrives later! Love the memory lane and great food!
