Absolutely disgusting food!!! Used to be amazing but they have now changed chips, burgers, the cheese and the red donner is vile. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog! All about making money out of people and pumping out food that is only fit for a bin! I spat my burger out coz it’s dry, tasteless and had a funny smell and taste.

Great burger place with amazing food. The portion sizes are decent and the price is appropriate. I had the mixed chicken and beef smash burger and pleasantly enjoyed it.
I also tried the red donner and it was good but nothing mind blowing. If they made it more spicy with some fresh salad served on the side, it would have been better. However, we did buy some sauces to add on top and it did make it better.
They have a good menu and the vibes in this place are good. Nice burger joint in middlesborough if you don’t fancy a parmo.

Absolutely loved this place. Haven’t had many decent burgers up north until we hit this place, wow the food is delicious, the burgers are stunning. The place is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful and to top it off they do fantastic Chai too. A great place to come eat would highly recommend, we enjoyed everything about this place.

Bought 2 burgers to be delivered, absolutely swimming in burger sauce that wasn’t asked for! £27 and even my pig wouldn’t eat them, try to get a refund, totally ignored! Avoid like the plague.
Fortunately I’m quite litigious and have a lot of time on my hand so will be pursuing a refund, plus costs for time acquiring said refund.

Ordered 3 plain burgers specifically told them not to put any sauce in. After 45 min wait they made burgers came home, opened it and it’s full of garlic sauce on all 3 burgers. I was fuming as kids don’t eat sauces at all. Phoned them and it took them 5 min to check the order. Told them they have to change all three of them because kids like plain burgers. Went all the way back , picked them up, came home and ate with cold chips. What a waste of £24 when someone can only afford take outs once a month. Not happy at all. Extremely slow service

Honestly, a restaurant worth trying. The food is delicious, the options are plenty, the staff is friendly, and the price is unbelievable.

The restaurant is brand new, so clean and tidy.
The service was good and staff were friendly and attentive.
There seems to be a good footfall as staff are kept busy.
The chicken burger and strip were just warm, I’m sure they would have tasted better if they were hot. I was expecting them to be piping hot, the other starters and sides were hot. I was expecting great things from the chicken burgers but we’re just standard fare.
Chailicious also operates from the same premises.
The tea options were great, although karak chai wasn’t available in the evening, the English breakfast tea was great.
Look forward to popping back soon

Had their double beef smash beef burgers meal and was well cooked. I didn’t enjoy their fries as were slightly soggy and not fresh. Didn’t like their sauces as they give cheap packed one like u take from a any cheap pizza shop. Tried their tea but I would say to avoid it unless recipe is changed. Lack of taste in chaii.
Went again at lunch time for tea and cake, but still not improved. This time bought their Chocolicious hot chocolate and pink tea but both were not hot enough as chocolate didn’t melt properly.
