I understand it’s new, but waiting 20+ minutes for a burger isn’t the type of first impression that gets an automatic repeat visit. Ordered sweet potato fries and got regular fries (which were good). Also ordered bacon on one of my burgers which it didn’t have. Hit me up when you catch your stride.

It’s a ok place, not gourmet food… but good. Sweet potato fries were awesome, burger bun was fresh, typical frozen beef patty nothing special.

The staff were pleasantly accommodating but the food…not so much. Five Guys is way better. There was nothing gourmet tasting about my burger. They advertise as if the burger is an inch thick but the burger is not even 1/2 that size. Very disappointing. Burger was dry and tasteless.

Food was fresh and very tasty. I had the trio with lamb and angus burgers. However, the food was delivered warm vs hot, the place was smoky and cold, the guy delivering the food consistently delivered food to incorrect tables overall, the guy working the register seemed frazzled and distracted when I placed my order, and the people cooking seemed to young to deliver urgency with the food. I will try Burgerim again, but the food was the saving grace and the entire experience gets a 3 out of 5.

I like the concept and they have good vegetarian options, but I don’t think the business is going to make it based on how long it took for them to open and some issues they are having nationally. I wanted to make sure I tried it before it closed, and it was decent. They didn’t get our orders right, but they corrected quickly. They have good customizable options. Good buns, good fries. Will likely return due to the vegetarian options.

Newly opened burger place. Decent selection of a variety of burger-style sandwiches. Being a first visit went with a classic cheeseburger as this is something I would expect executed well.

The onion rings are on point. The burger left something to be desired. Patty itself reminded me of school lunches, public school lunches. The bun and toppings were solid, good amount of cheese. At $11 for the classic combo with onion rings, I’ll skip next time until they improve the beef quality.

Seems like a nice enough place, although it lacks character. Waited over 15 minutes for my to-go order, and when I got back to my office discovered they had given me a beef cheeseburger instead of the falafel burger I ordered. Not an easy mistake to make! Growing pains for a new place I guess. Fries were very average.

It was good, nothing spectacular though, but the extra toppings cost to much and should be included with the higher price for the burgers in general. Sweet potatoe fries were better than average.
