Expensive but pretty good burger joint. Unfortunately, all three in our party agreed that we will not be back. Just not good enough at a high price point with other options available.
The restaurant was nice, new and clean.
Service was very good. All three people working came individually to ask us how was dinner.
The Angus beef burger and the dry aged burger were both good. None of us particularly liked their fries which were more like really thick potato chips. We all agreed that we much preferred regular french fries.
The onion rings were excellent, especially when I asked for some of their house sauce for dipping. But I was the only one who would eat onion rings so the rest of our group didn’t care.
I was disappointed that the fancy Coke machine was out of lemonade. That would have been my preferred drink for this dinner.
They had draft and can beer available. Was impressed that they had Christie cookies also.
Chocolate cookies and cream milkshake was pretty good. Nothing special, just a good milkshake like you would expect anywhere.
And it was pretty pricey for a hamburger in Mount Juliet. About $45 for 3 people. 3 burgers, three fries, two sodas and a milkshake.
I never like having to pay a tip when I order, before I experience the food and service. I particularly disliked that the minimum clickable option for leaving a tip on their point of sale system was 18%. And I’m not going to go through the extra step of editing the tip amount to 15%.
Why in the world would you not display an option for a 15% tip unless you’re just interested in squeezing a little more out of each guest?
That’s just a bad decision to force me to pay an extra 3% for an expensive hamburger when I have no idea if the food and service are going to be good or not.
That extra 3% that they goaded me into paying is the difference between me leaving a 3 star review and a 4 star review.
No need to try BurgerIM if you’ve never been there. Five guys and burger republic are both much better options for the money. But they do have Red Robin beat on service and food. That place is just horrible.

Unqiue burger spot where you can also get a glass of beer and/or wine with your order. There are a few TVs up and music piping from instore speakers. Whether you’re vegan, keto, vegetarian or gluten-free with 2 buns options, 6 sauces, the choice of 10 different patties, and a several unconventional toppings that range from avocado to red cabbage to pineapple, Burgerim can satisfy a variety of diets. The Angus beef burger I ordered was good, but not memorable enough that I would travel a large distance for. The sweet potato fries were crispy and flavorful. Very good milkshakes! Their mini burgers are made with 2.8 oz. patties (larger than typical sliders) and come in a duo, trio, or party box serving. The menu also offers wings, salads, and desserts items.
Overall Burgerim is a unique alternative to traditional burger joints and worth a visit.
Want to try: Lamb and Falafel burger.

First time coming here and it was a great decision. Food is made to order, they have all types of meats to choose from. Plus they have salmon and other choices if you do not eat meat. The wings are excellent! Full of flavor and nice size pieces as well. Everything about this place was good. I will definitely be back soon.

Loved it! Multiple meat/ non-meat selections and wide array of toppings. Sliders make it easy to control portion and order the amount of food you would like. Option of sides to get half of one and half of another. Nice salad selection considering this is a burger place. About $10 a plate. Good price since this is not fast food. Good central location. Clean. Friendly staff.

So, if you haven’t noticed Nashville and Mt. Juliet already have a ton of burger shops. I already have my favorite so I never made it a priority to try BurgerIM. (Which I’m not even sure how to pronounce if we’re being honest)
I would definitely compare this to more of a fast food style burger but with gourmet options like dry aged and wagyu beef. Plus their fries are a thicker, cottage style fry.
I tried a traditional ketchup, mustard, pickle, onion, cheese and a Cowboy (house sauce, bacon, cheese, onion ring) both with wagyu beef. The bun was soft and squishy like a Martin’s Potato Roll. The beef had a good beefy flavor and was juicy. The bacon on the cowboy was very smokey and thick cut. I really liked the fries, and a great thing about BurgerIM is that you don’t have to choose just one style of burger. Even though I would have been completely satisfied eating only one you can mix and match.
I’d definitely encourage anyone who hasn’t tried Mt. Juliet’s newest burger stop to give this place a try.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. Got a pack with 8 burgers, wings, onion rings and fries. Was on special and a great value for the food. Burgers were good, wings were big and delicious. I’ll be going back for sure!

Oh my goodness!! Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Got a duo to split with my daughter & loved being able to customize each of our burgers. Order was cooked when we ordered, so EVERYTHING (fries too!) was fresh! Good atmosphere, plenty of different options, friendly staff & great tasting food to boot. Definitely will be back!

This place is delicious. The meat used is amazing. Don’t let the small size of the buns fool you. They are packed with meat. The food is hot and juicy. The meals are actually a good price for how much food you get. The chicken wings are very large portions. I order food for a lot of my associates and they have chosen this place multiple times. I travel 13 minutes there and 13 minutes back and food is still hot when I get back. I have heard people say that 3 ounces of meat is not a lot. Please remember that in a McDonald’s hamburger you only get 1.5 ounces of meat. This means you’re getting the same amount of meat as a McDonald’s double hamburger and a much better grade of meat.

I’m almost always here for .55$ wings and 1$ draft beers on Wednesdays, lol. Wings are usually super meaty and cooked very well, beats wing places in the area easily. Sauces are decent, the sweet chili is really good. The burgers are great, but pricey. I get them from time to time during specials. The staff is usually attentive and nice!

I took my family to a newly opened location, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The veggie burger made classic was one of the best burgers I’ve had in years!! Even my very picky 4 year old ate a burger! The staff was friendly and helpful, the store was spotless.
Guys, seriously, go eat here asap.
