Worst service!!! This little guy that wear sandals at the restaurant !! Gave us a ultra beer which tasted disgusting

I ordered the ANGUS BEEF
1/3 Lb. Patty, with Lettuce, Tomato,, Shaved Onions, American Cheese and it was delicious. I order it to go and the quality and presentation were intact when I arrived home. I also ordered the fries and their seasoning is very flavorful.

The service and atmosphere at BurgerIM were great, but their burgers, while definitely tasty, are much smaller than they appear in the photos at the restaurant. My friend mentioned that they looked like White Castle burgers from Harold and Kumar and I have to agree with him.
Update: The business replied and mentioned that I didn’t order their larger burger. Now that I know this is possible and that different sizes are available, I will do so in the future, but I was unaware that there were two sizes to choose from. Now I know! Thank you, BurgerIM.

The combos of duos and trios are hard to understand.. not sure why these options are not served with the toppings as the regular size version of each burger.

Ordered take out via Uber eats where they are known as “Super Smash Burger”. Ordered two cheeseburgers which happened to be the size of sliders and cost $8 each. Received burger where the buns and meat were burnt. I do not recommend this takeout version which is low quality with tiny portions.

To start off they need negative stars because he would get one million negative stars, seriously. The only positive aspect of this visit was the cashier. The food was of extremely poor quality. We requested a refund and were very rudely informed that a refund was not forthcoming because of the policy of the restaurant. Such a policy should be posted conspicuously in the restaurant; that would at least serve as a warning that there is something very wrong. After repeatedly denying our requests for a refund, we were abrasively told to leave the restaurant. We advised the owner that we would summon the police; they were called as we felt we were discriminated against.

They served me a hard axx burger patty that’s made noise when you dropped it on the table. A literal burnt hockey puck DO NOT COME HERE also their grease is dirty and gave my friend burnt onion rings
The owner replied I’m a scammer and looking for free food. The food wasn’t FREE I paid $14.96 and the proof of the burnt patty is listed. Also how am I a scammer when that’s you guys wrapping paper and tables that’s closest to the cash register. You served me a burnt patty that I PAID for also reading your other reviews serving burnt items is something you guys do often ever review you get you deny instead of hiring a new cook who cares about you guys reputation and your customers.

I got the family box, which comes with 8 sliders, wings, fries, and onion rings. Sliders were decent, I think it came with 5 onion rings so 1 per person lol and the fries were decent taste but small quantity too. I’m pretty sure the wings were Tyson buffalo wings you can get at any local super market, and if they weren’t then they were the worst restaurant wings I’ve ever had. For the $60 that were spent I’d say pretty underwhelming

Well I’m not surprised that this place has a low rating at all. I got harassed OUTSIDE. I got Starbucks then went into the amazing French bakery next door. When I came out I sat at a table that’s next to the bakery door and ate some beignets with my Starbucks Frappe. I did this because I’m pregnant and I was calling an Uber. Some random guy came up to me and asked that I not sit there if I was a eating there I showed him that I was eating there with the bag from the bakery, but he said no this table is for the other restaurant pointing at the burger place. The funniest part about this to me is that it was a ghost town absolutely nobody was inside or outside of the restaurant, so I wasn’t inconveniencing them at all. After I told him that I didn’t know he continue to keep talking and going on and on. I simply told him I was done with the conversation and I got up. Just based on my experience alone, I will never be a customer of theirs. I have worked in the restaurant industry, and I know exactly how to handle a situation like that and how it was handled was COMPLETELY inappropriate and unnecessary because I wasn’t bothering anyone nor was I holding up a table that they needed for anyone. And I added a photo of the exact table so that you could see where the confusion could come into play. I don’t see this place lasting much longer.
