Ordered the buy one get one free burger combo special. It was a great deal. Unfortunately I received only one burger, one order of fries and two drinks (instead of two burgers and two sets of fries). The fries were Cajun but dried out and cold. Not edible. The burger was good even though I had to split it with my husband since we only got one. The drinks were supposed to be Starry but tasted like seltzer water. Carbonation and no simple syrup, clearly needed to be changed out. When I called the restaurant, a nice girl answered and was apologetic but offered no refund or future comp. Uber Eats only offered $2 since it was a buy one get one free order. Very disappointed considering I only chose the place because of the great deal. Guess I won’t be eating here again.

Bro, you guys are sleeping on this place. The SmashBurgers are SO good! I love getting Cajun fries and a fountain drink with me. The whole combo is $10.50 am way better than most of the chain fast food around here. Treat your fam and come grab a bite! No they didn’t no sponsor this! Hah it’s just my honey and my favorite place since it was churrohouse and hate to see the locals miss out on such a good spot! Nice tunes, comfy booth tables and polite service! Don’t forget to get a strawberry shake!

This is my second time here, and it is SO GOOD ❤️ its never too busy, and the food comes out fast, fresh and hot. By far the best burgers I have had. And so affordable. A double patty combo was 11.50, and it comes with fries and drink!! And you can tell this was a high quality burger. Every bite was good. I cant recommend enough.

This is my first time here because I saw the Grand Opening banner hanging outside. When you walk into burger house the vibes are nice and warm, cozy and homey. The employees are super sweet and professional. The burgers surpassed my expectations in both flavor and consistency! I ordered the BBQ bacon double and boy was I shocked by how well it was put together. The smash burger style patty with the onion rings and BBQ sauce was such a hearty combination. The fries were made to perfection with the right consistency of crispy outer to soft inner. If you haven’t been before, definitely check it out because I know I’ll be back again!!

Placed an order for two classic tripple and one double through Uber. Upon delivery, I noticed all burgers were burnt. Called the store and talked to associate ( Melony). She got my phone# to talk to her manager to see how this can be resolved, but they never called! I Called store three more times with no response since they knew my phone number! The least they could do was to re-make the orders.
To store manager: Never reply my review saying you’re sorry and you never wanted that to happen as I gave you enough time to fix this mess!

We got the Jalapeño Patty Melt and Triple Bean Patty burger with Cajun fries. We loved everything! Been a while since we had good burgers and prices were reasonable. Will definitely be coming back to try their other items.

First time going to BurgerHouse, A pleasant and delightful experience, workers were very nice & explained certain food serving like the churros that comes with 4 pieces. The place has a normal modern touch with good vibe & peaceful atmosphere.
The food itself with fantastic especially the Jalapeno Patty melt, the jalapeno packs quite a punch, the amount of portions of onions, pickles and cheese is the perfect amount on a burger, not too much nor too less but perfect amount.
Would definitely come here again.

This place is really clean and staff is super friendly. Burgers are bomb and honestly a really good price. You’re getting gourmet burgers at fast food pricing. A double patty combo (w Fries and Drink) was $12 . That’s the cost of a QP at McDonald’s. Will definitely continue to come here instead!
