The waiter was friendly and polite and accommodated my English-only order. The burger would have been better medium rare, but they may have standards that require everything well-done. Great toppings on my Chuck Norris burger. The onion rings were crisp and very hot. The catchup provided was adequate. This was exactly what you’d expect, executed efficiently.

Another restaurant with a lava cake!! Although it was sadly not very good :/ the taste itself was not great, and there was also absolutely no lava (it wasn’t really a lava cake at all). Instead, it had a peanut butter filling, which was very creative! But it was so dry that we didn’t eat it (just pure peanut butter). The idea was cool though, so it at least gets some points for creativity 🙂 And the vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce were good too.

Came here for an evening meal by myself on a short visit to Bamberg and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! The Raclette Burger was particularly tasty and the portion size was good, especially the big portion of fries. I also appreciated how patient my server was (I didn’t see your name, sorry!) when I was attempting to order in German despite my very limited vocabulary. Thank you!

The restaurant is a lot bigger inside than the storefront.
I tried the New York Chilli Cheese and it was very tasty. The beef was a bit overcooked for my preference.
Fries were good, and of course the beer was tasty.
Definitely a good place for a burger if you’re in the area.

Compared to the Wurzburg branch, the burgers were really bad. Plus, the waiter’s tablet was broken so we had to wait 20 minutes on a hot day for the waiter to take our order. He ended up taking our order by hand and we can’t understand why he didn’t do it earlier. The tables were sticky and inside whole area was really hot.

There is tons of seating, and if the weather permits, I recommend sitting outside. There are awesome lunch specials that are super cheap if you are looking for a quick bite. I got the hibiscus lemonade, and it was very refreshing on this summer day. It is a German style lemonade, so it is carbonated. The matterhorn burger was delicious with a potato croquet in it, and the sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. I will be coming here for lunch often during the summer.
