Burgerhead is honestly fire.
It’s their new spot, and it already has that real NYC vibe — chill, no gimmicks, just good food done right.

The charburger hits exactly how it should: juicy, real char, nothing extra, just solid.
The beef tallow fries are crazy crispy with mad flavor, and the onion rings are light, crunchy, not greasy at all. I kept grabbing “one more” without thinking. Food came out quick, and the service was super friendly.

And the Häagen-Dazs milkshake to finish? Yeah… stupid good. Thick, creamy, legit ice cream.

Definitely a go-to if you’re in the city and want a proper burger spot

I have been waiting for this place to open since they started building it and it was worth the wait! The burgers were fresh and juicy. I got a double (with no tomato) and my dad got a single. Both were nice patties with a good texture and taste. The bun and the condiments were all fresh. Shredded lettuce was a great touch. The burger sauce was a good consistency and was not over powering and added a tangy flavor. It was really good. I dipped in blue cheese and also dipped in yellow mustard as that’s a personal preference but neither are needed as the flavor profile already goes together well. Place was really cool inside and the service was good as well. As someone who has tried a majority of the burgers in the east village area I’m glad Burger Head opened as it’s a new style of burger added to the neighborhood all its own. I look forward to coming back and trying their fries and a hot dog.

By far the best burger joint in the city nothing tops a flame grilled burger. My first time having fries made in beef tallow and taste is superior. Friendly staff and prices are pretty good my new go to spot

It’s a great place to have a bite. I took my kid, and we had a regular burger, and I had the Impossible Burger. We were satisfied and the music was amazing.

A great-looking and conveniently located new burger restaurant in the East Village. Burgers were very clean-tasting and obviously good quality. A couple of hiccups service-wise – they got our order wrong not once, but twice, then forgot our milkshake. For the cost, plus tipping them generously, we expected much better execution. Would try again and hope for a smoother experience.

the burger and fries were too good. I also found frankfurter tasty. If you are missing in-n-out this is the place

Not sure why people are raving about the burgers. There was no flavor and no char taste. With so many fast food burger joints to choose from, Shake Shack is still the place to go.

Grilled chicken sandwich was also sad. It was dry, no flavor, and no grilled taste. And the buffalo wings were so disappointing. Frozen Tyson buffalo wings are better than this.

The only saving grace are the fries and chili. If you want the taste of McDonald’s fries before they were sued for not being kosher, they nailed it. Chili had great seasoning with a slight kick. Really disappointing that a burger place doesn’t have good burgers.

Soooo good! My husband and I always pass by here and have wanted to try it! Finally we did, and we could not be more satisfied! Super great burgers and the onion rings were amazing! Highly recommend for any night you’re craving a fast but good meal.

Pretty good spot when you’re trying to get a bite after a night out in the cold. My partner and I shared the double with grilled onions and bacon, as well as some chili cheese fries haha. The establishment was warm and it was a nice way to end the night.

Skip 7th Street and go here instead. High quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and real tallow fries! I got a burger at 10:30 PM and it was executed perfectly, bravo. I will be back
