RoRo took care of us she was so kind and the rest of the staff were amazing especially (sorry I never asked for his name) he took our order great service it was my first time eating here it was so amazing very clean, the burgers are delicious and juicy, the meat is so good! I had an amazing experience at BurgerFi Pinecrest! The new management has truly turned things around—bringing back the original ingredients and purveyors, and it absolutely shows in the quality of the food. The Rodeo Burger was incredible, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and fresh, just like I remember.
We also tried the chicken tenders, wings, onion rings, and shakes—everything was delicious. You can tell there’s been a real focus on getting things right again.
Huge shoutout to Jerri and the entire staff for their friendly and attentive service. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t been in a while—you’ll taste the difference

He was busy helping other guests but still took his time assisting me with my order as I wanted advice on what to get as a first time guest. He made my experience here incredible!! Amazing experience at BurgerFi! We came in with a group from church and everything was outstanding from start to finish. Andres, Mark, and Melissa were incredibly attentive and treated us so well. They truly made us feel welcomed. The food was fresh, the place was clean, and the whole experience was great. We had an awesome time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a food spot. The young lady at the front was unbelievably kind, patient, and accommodating. She brought everything to our table, made sure we had every sauce we wanted, and stayed polite and cheerful the entire time. It is genuinely refreshing to meet someone with such a sweet spirit representing a business. She was smiling, handling orders flawlessly, and just made the whole visit feel amazing.
This was our first time ever here and we will be back just off of the experience food was amazing also. Not sure how I overlooked this place when driving by. Glad I tried it out.
