Updating my comments today for BurgerFi. My previous comments are below and I think they were a little out of line. We really enjoyed our burgers. Two of us got the lettuce wrap our third person got the Junior hamburger. Flavor was really really good, the fries crispy and amply salted. It was definitely a very good. At BurgerFi you do have the option to purchase more expensive burgers or vegan options but the pricing nowadays really isn’t any different than something like five guys. On my most recent visit yesterday, I had the ultimate double bacon cheeseburger which is similarly priced to a five guys double bacon cheeseburger. Fry’s at either place will be extra so that wasn’t a big deal in the amount that you get is crazy. In the end I found it to be very similar experience cost-wise to five guys and we really enjoyed taste of the burgers and the fries.
Visited BurgerFi in Jefferson Pointe this week. BurgerFi has good burgers, some of the best around and like any place the fries and onion rings can vary in taste. To be honest I’m still trying to prove my theory wrong. Here it is. There is no place that has a burger that’s worth 12 bucks.

Shout out to Rebecca, who took my order, and the cook who welcomed me upon walking in on 5/5/2025! This was my 1st time at Burger Fi, so it took me a while what to order. A friend of mine recommended me to try this place I’ve never heard of. I was definitely not disappointed, and the food was delicious! I had the BurgerFi Burger, with Cookies & Cream Milkshake. This is what Rebecca said was a popular choice among customers. She did take took my order patiently with a smile. I was very happy with the food and service offered, and the location of the restaurant is located in clean specius outdoor mall, with the windows being big and plenty of natural light coming into the restaurant. I will be back, if I am in the area again! Thank you

Tired of the same ol’ same ol’? Burgerfi might be right in your lane. The service was a cut above your usual fast food spot: it wasn’t in the ‘King’s court,’ you weren’t surrounded by a whole lot of Guys, and you’re definitely not dinin’ in the Golden Arches.
I appreciated the service and the clear layout of the menu. The prices weren’t too bad…if you don’t get the sides.
For a burger place, I was expecting a better burger. I was hoping it was a little juicier than the one I received even though it was still tasty. The fries were close, but missed the mark. Some were flimsy and soft, while some were crisp.
I liked their consciousness of using biodegradable straws, and wrapping the food in paper sacks.

Ordered the “Banana Churro” milkshake today and it was AWESOME! The worker who made it was really nice making sure I wanted this, didn’t want that etc. I didn’t expect it to have 2 churros on top of the shake! The churros were insanely delicious and I wish I could’ve ordered them but it was too late! I would go back and try another shake since this one was good!

Burgers, fries, and shakes are great. It is a little pricey, but then so is all food now. Star off for service. Customers don’t need a reminder at the register from the cashier that I have an option to tip. It’s off-putting. We all know how it works now, that everyone expects a tip to do their job.

Had my first experience there will never go back. I’ve had just as good a burger at Burger King. Onion rings were greasy, the burger was grossly. Parts that I couldn’t chew. Very disappointed $20 for a burger onion rings and a drink was a little excessive
