Burgers were good. Fries were good. I didn’t care for the onion rings, they weren’t fully cooked inside. It was freezing cold inside the restaurant. I rushed to finish eating just so I could get back to my warm car. I will say that the restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained otherwise. I felt that overall the food was just average for the price.

My first visit will have me stopping by again! It was a typical lunch rush crowd and Dale was working his butt off to ensure everyone was taken care of. Great customer service. Very nice modern atmosphere. They do serve beer and wine so would be a good dinner stop. I had the Breakfast All Day burger and was very satisfied. Huge serving of fries too!

Very friendly staff with a cosy ambiance. The CEO is my favorite and urban style fries. They aren’t fast food, so don’t be surprised if they need a little time to make it.
I had soggy fries there once, but they fixed it for me and they are back to being delicious.

The food was very tasty, good burgers, great fries (waaaaay too big of a serving though). But WOW are the floors sticky. It’s like they have been mopping by turning on the coke freestyle machine and spreading it around.

I love this place. The burgers are excellent and the staff is always friendly. Elaine greeted me with a smile and cheerfully described their new meatless burger when I asked about it. I tried the new Beyond Burger and I have to say it is surprisingly good. Of course their French fries are awesome, crispy and just the right amount of salt. Thanks Elaine and manager Robin for providing a great lunch experience!

Great burgers, fries and shakes. A little on the expensive side but the ingredients are top notch, so it’s to be expected. I got a cheeseburger (came with double patties and all the fixings), regular fries and a coffee mocha shake. Ran about $18 inc taxes.
Great taste, but maybe a couple bucks more expensive than I would have wanted to pay but no complaints on service or taste. Decor is really nice too.

Decent burgers and excellent fries, but service was remarkably slow at my visit. All-in-one drink fountain allows you to pick the more obscure flavored soft drinks, if that’s your thing. Pleasant, clean decor.

The burgers are always good, food is always fresh, and servers are always nice. Was a little disappointed today because we were in a rush and the wrong cheese but put on my burger. Didn’t ask them to fix it (they would have in a heartbeat) because I didn’t have time to wait. The lettuce wrap option is a great new add on for those watching carbs.

Had lunch here with some colleagues. Had their veggie burger lunch special, which is priced under $8 and includes fries, an onion ring, and a beverage. I thought that it was pretty good! Also a plus, they were able to accommodate our large party of 9 without any issue.
If I could, I would give this place 4.5 stars. As others have mentioned, the music is way too loud.
