The employees are very easy going and they are excellent help. I tried the vegefi burger first and let me tell you it is absolutely delicious! This was the first veggie burger that I had ever tasted and it was just awesome. The next thing I tried was the CEO and it was good too. The meat is really quite excellent. The menu here isn’t extensive, but what they have they do very well. I had the veggie burger, which can be hit-or-miss when I order those out. Theirs was great – delicious flavor and a nice bit of crunch on the perimeter. I can’t wait to try the other burgers. Also, I feel like the fries are definitely meant to be shared – the portions for even the smallest are huge! Round out your meal with a soda from the Coke Freestyle machines, and you’re a happy camper.

The burgers here (pigeon forge) were a really great experience. I am traditionally a Five Guys burger guy, but I can say that Burgerfi is a close competitor and a worthy substitute. You have to admire their brazing success considering how new they are as a company. They have organic materials and their products demonstrate their high quality nature. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone. A bit costly, but you get what you pay for. Good work, Burgerfi… You’ll likely see me again.

Like Five Guys but with a wider menu. Veggie burger was OK but prices are a bit steep for a burger joint. They provide pagers so you can wait outside the building if you like.
