Stopped in here to give it a try, it was okay.
Service was very good, the food I would compare to Red Robin.
They did have many different styles of burgers to fit many different cravings.

First time customer went around 1-2p, parking can be challenging because inside plaza with other business and parking is not labeled for each business. Once inside there was on line I ordered the vegan burger with fries and onion rings for two, price was around $40. Being a vegan for long time food could have been seasoned better as far as burger. Restaurant is very clean inside, great music, bathroom is clean. There is no outside seating. While there I logged onto the app to try and place other order not very user friendly ordered the same meal twice because there is nothing that let’s you know order was placed so be careful when ordering because it’s hard to get money back no customer service number to call have to email them for refund. But overall experience was good. Still order from time and time and just add my own flavors. Also they cook all the burgers on the same grill “they claim to clean the grill” not sure how true that is when we were there they did not clean before placing the 100% vegan beyond meat burgers on the grill.

It was good, not great. Service was awesome. Restaurant was very cute. I just didn’t care for the flavors of the food and I prefer my fries to be crispy. Plus I thought $40 was a lot for 2 people with no extras or large sizes.

Excellent customer service – they are willing to work with you to create the burger (and experience) that you desire to have. Overall, solid burgers…and their fries are decent as well (fresh-cut) -LOVE the extra “topping” options (this go around I went “Urban Style”). They also have lots of dipping sauces.

I love BurgerFi, not only because of the cleanliness of the restaurant but the customer service is great. I experienced BurgerFi for the first time on 1 October 2021 at their Franklin location. The food is amazing. I’m a vegetarian so the Beyond Burger is my go to. But my fiancé tried the chocolate custard shake and he said it was good. So yeah ✨

The First time I walked in a couple months ago. the manager told me I would be back I didn’t believe him at first but after I taste the first bite of this amazing Burger that is better than almost any Nashville. Establishment, whether it’s South Nashville, downtown Nashville, North Nashville, or West nashville. I have been everywhere over the years the past sixteen years that i’ve been down South and I can tell you after spending thousands of dollars and many restaurants. This is one of the best burgers in Tennessee! The onion rings appear to be fresh and taste fresh and crunchy that you can’t wait to have more! The presentation is always neat packaged amazing and looking juicy! They have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine with my favorite red cream soda. They generally open around 11 AM. I recommend getting a number 1 Burger fi cheeseburger which comes with 2 patties. You can add an extra Patty for just a few dollars more. The sauce they use is really great everything Cooked fresh in front of you. It doesn’t take long and it’s worth it. This Burger is much better than most. Sit down restaurants downtown Nashville.

I’ve come here about a dozen times so my review isn’t based on just one visit. First off they ask for a tip at checkout before any service is provided, if you don’t tip…the girl behind the counter acts put out and announces that you didn’t tip. They bring your food out to you but you’re still expected to clean up after yourself. So what’s the tip for? Walking my food 10 feet? The fries here are amazing but the burgers are just overpriced and mediocre at best. Won’t return anymore after the past experience here and the asking for a tip at checkout for basically nothing is ridiculous
