It was okay. The food was good and we were not disappointed. Now that chili dog I will not be ordering because at least for me it was to spicy but it was good and I forced that in my gut. A lot better than the fast food chains. Employees were great at helping us out since it was our first time in. Would recommend for a quick meal next time it will be to go.

The few times I’ve come to this location they forget things on the burger. 1st two times they forgot the onions. Now they forgot the lettuce and tomatoes on the 3 burgers we ordered, which just had a patty, ketchup, few onions, and pickles. Can’t even eat them as they are dry. I wish I could just get a burger with the advertised toppings. Other locations I’ve tried are good and consistent. This one I do not recommend.

Came in today for lunch and have been to other locations as well as this one before. Today we ordered at the counter but I have ordered ahead online here before and never had an issue. The woman who took our order couldn’t have been friendlier and even took my kids’ orders from them and she knew how to talk to kids for sure. Our food came out pretty quickly considering the freshness and the order was accurate. We had a junior Burgerfi cheeseburger, a CEO, and my SWAG burger plus our family fry urban style which we far from finished. To say we ate half would be giving us too much credit I think. I love this location and the friendly staff and will definitely be back.

Saddest looking $13 burger and chicken sandwich we’ve ever seen. Should have read the reviews first instead went with the pictures of food which was very misleading! Fries were very soggy, burger had no lettuce, tomato nothing. Size of the burger was like kids portion . Very disappointing. Was definitely not worth $30 for our meal.

OK. So I love BurgerFi and their burgers and especially their french fries. However, I picked up some food for my family at the Port St. Lucie BurgerFi location on my way up to my daughter soccer tournament. I was super excited because I really love burgerfi. I love it so much that I have almost 10,000 shares of their stock (which unfortunately, has not been doing well at all). So I hate to leave a negative review. I don’t want to give a review less than three stars, because I own stock in this company. However, to make the restaurant chain better I think I had the let someone know. Anyway, I was shocked to receive french fries that looked and tasted nothing like the normal amazing tasting BurgerFi french fries. I challenge anybody to tell me if there are any fries that are better. So that’s how shocked I was when I reached in the bag and started eating these fries. I’m not sure where they even got these fries from. Maybe they were frozen and just threw them in the fryer. They tasted pretty bad and you can even taste the old oil from what they were cooked in. I’m not even sure if they use the regular oil the other burgerfi’s use because they tasted completely different than all the other times I’ve ever had burgerfi french fries. Maybe the oil needed to be changed I don’t know. I’m writing this review a week later and I can still imagine the bad taste I had. They weren’t even close to the “cut” of the potato as the normal BurgerFi french fries are. So I’m not sure if they ran out and just try to supplement with something else. It was kind of weird. I even left some photos. I was very disappointed. The burger, of course was great. Very disappointed in the french fries especially because I ordered a family size. And cry fries. The onion rings were also so soggy and tasted like the oil and I couldn’t eat them. Hopefully, this was just a one time thing.

Had a craving for a juicy burger so we decided to go to Burgerfi with the whole family (5)…What a DISAPPOINTMENT !!! The most Driest and tasteless burger Ever!! Fries were soggy, greasy and almost burnt as if they were fried in dirty oil. We’ll be definitely going somewhere else next time. Don’t really see ourselves ever coming back nor recommending this place to anyone. If i could rate this place 0 stars I would.

Super awesome spot. JB was super nice at the front. Really good food CEO burger and a beyond burger for my fiance.
Definately recommend. Had to ask the chefs name in the back Jamie and someone else were crushing it! Food was really good. Hadn’t been to a burger fi in over a year and a pleasant experience coming back.

Slower service than a packed mcd at rush hour. Got the scraps of the fries with no salt on them at all.
The burgers were a dry mess that still had some taste to it surprisingly.
Our order sat at the counter for 5-10 minutes while other orders were flying out so don’t know what the deal with that was.
Safe to say this was the first and last time I’m coming here.

My husband came home from BurgerFi and St. Lucie West. In the bag was a hamburger way over cooked and partially frozen, greasy soggy fries. I would get this zero stars if I could this is an acceptable especially for the price of the food. I will never ever come back here again even if I was starving. Buyer beware that this place of establishment has useless workers working there.
