I went to BurgerFi for lunch with my friends last week. The burger I ate was pretty good and it was an overall comfortable environment. Our server, Marina, was very polite and patient when taking our orders. Overall satisfying experience.

Just got my order and my fries are undercooked, stale, and discolored. It looks like mold on it. And the burger itself was crumbled. It was such a mess and completely inedible. Unreal that this would be acceptable to put in a bag and given to a customer.

Ordered two $11 BBQ burgers, and a junior cheeseburger. The Jr was placed in a box, as expected. The two expensive burgers were wrapped in foil and squished under the family size fries. The squishing shifted the cheese and onion straws halfway off the burger. Tried calling the store, but phone goes to voicemail which is full. Unable to contact anyone so here I am.

I had lunch this past week and Tyson took the order. He is very polite and he listens carefully to ensure the order is correct. It caught my attention that he is a teenager that take his job functions seriously and make the experience pleasant for the customer. This BurgerFi has good staff and the burgers quality has always been very good, therefore, when we want a burger we go to this location.

We came in and ordered our food our cashier Tyanna had taken our order and seemed like she didn’t want to be there she stated that our order would be ready in about 10 minutes, we were there for 30 minutes before we got our food and when we did our fries were not only burnt but cold we asked for another batch of fresh fries Tyanna had shown no interest or consideration to what we were saying she became defensive and talked over the food explaining how the burgers were fine but she could maybe give us a batch of fries. we waited another maybe five minutes until they brought our fries out hot but even more burnt then before. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable and the cashiers showed no interest in being at work. This is the worst experience I’ve had at burger fi.

The location is great but the restaurant is dirty and not friendly. I ordered a vegan burger with fries to go and they charged me $16 for small size burger like a macdonald burger with burned french fries when I talked to them they said that’s how they serve the fries and you can see those pan full of fries just hanging in the air. I returned the fries because I don’t need them but just to make aware future customers what to expect. Expensive place for cheap food and service.
