Everything was good, but the chicken was a little too salty for me and the portion was a little small far as the chicken.
Anyway, but one of the best chickens i tasted so far in fast food and the vanilla milkshake was great.

This was my first time ever at BurgerFi we had Jahnessa as our server, and kovo was on the fryer period and Tommy was the chef and Ava was the front register. I just want to give a huge shout out to these young people that were doing the cooking and serving us. These individuals that you have in this restaurant did everything with Excellence I don’t know who their manager is. But you need to know these people that you hired gave us the best service ever I said that in all honesty. I definitely believe that our attitudes come on to the food that we cook. I’m here to tell you I’ve had a lot of hamburgers and this was one of the best burgers I ever had. It had some sort of bacon ranch Jam On It. And it literally tasted like there was bacon pieces of bacon on it. We came in with a very large group and I mean we must have had at least 30 people. They handled themselves so well so I just wanted to give honor where honor is due. And I must say I’m definitely definitely coming back to this restaurant. They gave us some coupons so that we we came in again we could use them. Our server was very attentive to all of our needs. I’m going to give you a five star rating and I am going to recommend this particular restaurant at 4750 The Grove Drive Suite 104 BurgerFi. You have got to stop by here whether you work in the area whether you are just passing through or live in the area please visit this restaurant. They’ve got some of the best burgers ever. Not to mention their onion rings are superb and the french fries as well. So with that being said thank you so much for serving us with excellence. Will be back for sure

Yall really should do a deep cleaning or hire a company to clean up inside and outside. Your prices vs the inside of this place don’t match. The floor is always sticky. The walls are always dirty. Tables and chairs are stained and dirty. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. For $20 bucks a meal yall gotta do better. Workers are nice. Staff was friendly but took over 20 minutes for to-go with only 2 people inside. Tipped $7

Unfortunately our experience tonight was not very good. The dining and condiment area wasn’t very clean or well stocked. The french fries were not fresh, the burgerfi bowl was missing the crispy fried onions, and one hamburger didn’t come as ordered. The staff provided the crispy onions when asked.

Wow! What an incredible group of people here. I got to meet a wonderful gentleman named Mark a couple of days ago. Not only was he very excited and passionate about burger Fi he even extended an opportunity for me to get to talk to him about how burger Fi can be more involved with the community and the schools surrounding it. We sat down as I enjoyed a very delicious burger that wasn’t even on the menu anymore and they still made it for me. We got to talking about the business the culture and I even got a special meet with the owner and founder of burger Fi Steve. This restaurant and their employees are doing so much to help make our surrounding communities more of a community and this is the kind of business that you want to support. Please check them out and smile knowing there is a company out there trying to do good for their people. You don’t see this kind of service every day. Thank you Mark, Steve and the burger Fi family for such a wonderful experience for me and I am excited to see how the kind of impact your involvement with our community will do to it. We ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers, and all 3 came wrong — ✨without bacon✨. What’s the point of ordering a bacon burger if it comes with no bacon? Since it was takeout, we didn’t check at the restaurant and only found out at home. It was a huge disappointment. The fountain drinks were undrinkable and tasted awful. Definitely not worth the price…

BurgerFi was founded in 2011 in Lighthouse Point, Florida, by a group of chefs aiming to redefine fast-casual dining. They focused on all-natural Angus beef, eco-friendly design, and transparency in sourcing. The name stands for “Burgerfication of the Nation,” reflecting their mission to elevate the burger experience. As of Jan 2025, there were 66 locations in the United States. Orlando has several locations. I recently visited the one in the northwest section of Windermere. It is in the corner unit of a group of stores surrounding a courtyard. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Ordering was very easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the burger and cajun fries and my partner ordered a salad with chicken. The burger and fries were excellent. The salad was not the best. I say this because my companion got the salad with grilled chicken and he hit several chewy pieces and left much of his dish untouched. Drinks are from the touchscreen coke machines. The condiment bar is between the two drink machines on one side of the entrance. The tables are a mix of small and large options. There is seating inside and out. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with friendly staff and great burgers.

I ordered a kids meal and was really disappointed with the fries. As you see in the picture fries were burnt and very dark, to the point that they weren’t edible. I had to throw them away. For a kids meal especially, this is really unacceptable. I’m curious to know if there any quality control! Very poor experience.
