Food was decent but unfortunately there was a long hair fried into our chicken tender. We told server and he told someone in the kitchen and nobody came out to say anything. Server was nice but im not sure what happened to the manager on duty. Nobody cared to come out and make anything right. Lastly please clean your windows and tables it will go along way
So they get a 1 star review, since nobody cared or was bothered to make it right

Great service and food again tonight 9/13/25.
We really enjoyed this burger place! There were many burgers to choose from! The SWAG burger was awesome! It’s top grade beef and it tasted it! They do offer vegetarian options for those who don’t eat meat! There’s also chicken sandwiches and chicken fingers! The French fries were excellent! There are also desserts to pick from and milkshakes! The soda machine is awesome and you can choose from many different flavors! There’s outdoor seating, too!! Great place! I would go again!

Randomly decided to give this place a try and it turned out the food here absolutely amazing I had a burger some sides and a drink when I finished my food I have to get a burger to have later on it was such an amazing experience and the employees are super nice and helpful! Highly Recommended by myself! 5 Stars!

Stopped in at BurgerFi for a quick meal and was thoroughly impressed. The dining room was spotless, the counter service was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and hassle-free. As for the food—absolutely great. The chicken sandwich was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor, with quality ingredients that stood out. The fries were perfectly crispy. Upgraded the burger to Waygu~ the beef patty was maybe a centimeter thick at best for $13.83 (burger alone). All I could really taste was the toppings :/
Service was non existent, and LOVE that they ask for a tip for taking the order at the counter… I tip as counter girl tells me that the credit card machine won’t go to the next page until I enter the tip amount (I could haven’t should’ve entered zero but I was guilty into tipping). Which is fine, that was my decision, but do you think she said thank you for the tip? Nope.
There were no other guests there mid afternoon, all of the tables were dirty, The air conditioning vents were dripping, condensation onto the floor, bathroom garbage was overflowing with used paper products.
I’m sure that each individual location is probably run very differently, but I would definitely not recommend this location.

Placed order at the counter. A burger, fries, and chicken tenders. Paid $24. The clerk took my name and handed me a number. AFTER WAITING 45 MINUTES. I asked her what was going on. Did not receive order yet. She said it would be out shortly. I noticed people that ordered after us were getting their food before us. I went back up to the counter and asked the kid making burgers if he was in charge, he said yes. I said, we have been here for just about 1 hour. He stared at me like there was nothing wrong. He said it would be ready in 5 minutes. After he said that, people who came in after us were getting their food. I went back up to the counter and asked for my money back.
I had paid with a credit card . He finally figured out how to credit my card about 5 minutes later. He then handed me a receipt, he didn’t say one word. I asked him if this receipt was a credit. He said, yes you will see a credit on your card in 3 to 5 business days.
I can’t review the food because after waiting a whole hour, we did not get any food. This had to be the absolute worst the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The manager acted like he could care less.
I will be sure to tell everyone that I know to never to step foot into BurgerFi.

First time visit to this location. Person who took order was polite, helpful and professional.
Food was a disappointment. Fries were soggy, greasy and burnt on edges and oil tasted rancid. Burgers were mediocre. We have eaten at other locations here in SW Florida, but this one was a disappointment. Won’t return to this location.
