Just picked up a carry out order. Ordered 2 Rodeo burgers, one with bacon, one without, a side with fries and a side of fries and rings. One burger had no bacon and we didn’t get one side of fries. The other burger had the paper from the cheese slice on it. For $50 this is completely unacceptable. Terrible first impression, never going back. Contacted the store and was told the GM would “call me back”. Not holding my breath and planning on doing a charge back.
Update: GM Heather did call me back. Couldn’t even bother to mute whatever she was watching on TV. Claimed to do all the prep work so she “wasn’t sure how the wrapper got in there”. Blamed the possible issue on a new employee in the kitchen. Her only solution was for me to drive 20 minutes round trip again for a refund or more food (during my work hours). Not interested in food with paper that can’t be made correctly. Thought the other reviews were a bit dramatic but they were right. Will be doing a charge back through my bank. AVOID.
Update 2: Heather just called me again from the store under the pretense of checking on my charge back (not sure if she knows what that is) and said I was making stuff up from yesterday. Asked why I included in my review the fact that she couldn’t be bothered to mute the TV before she called (it’s because it’s rude). Funny that I was able to do that before I picked up HER call yesterday and today! Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. Completely confrontational and made no effort to remedy the problem. Trash service, trash food, trash people.
Added the photos below of the paper in my food that I added to their photos so that you don’t get make the same mistake of paying for this garbage if you’re reading my review. You can see the paper was clearly cooked with the burger since the cheese is melted to it. Hopefully I saved you your hard earned money.

I loved how clean was this location of BurgerFi.
Service was great and everyone was following the COVID restrictions wearing mask, gloves, keeping social distancing, and everything clean.
The burger was delicious as usual and my fries were to die for!
You can park right in front of this restaurant and it’s free after two hours.

Took a really long time and waited for one veggie burger. I had to be standing there for a good 20 to 30 minutes and there was five people back in the kitchen so I don’t understand what took so long

Supposed to be the best burger experience, with quality beef. However, the burger is ok and the fries are in the fryer too longer? I shouldn’t put my expectation high, but five guys is my benchmark.

The burger was good not excellent. The fries was overcooked and saggy. It was too expensive for the quality of food. Paid $17+ for a meal consisting of a small burger, saggy fries, and drink.
On the good side, the food packaging was gorgeous and environment friendly, and the restaurant atmosphere was close to excellent.

This amazing woman had an amazing conversation with me. I’m fresh off the bus from Vegas and couldn’t ask for a better place to eat and wait for my ride. Fresh cut fries. The melt was melting. And the beautiful woman with an amazing spirit welcomed me, and made me and my stomach feel so happy. Thanks girl

My boyfriend and I get BurgerFi honestly every Friday if we can, it’s that good! The food is so yummy for quick service burgers.
I will say though that it’s extremely inconsistent when it comes to the service. Some weeks it’s great and we get exactly what we ordered but more often than not we are missing condiments we paid for,we get plain fries when we paid for truffle, or we get like one small handful that’s from the bottom of the basket. We have to remember to check the bag everytime we pick up because it’s very likely something will be wrong.

Food was way over priced, fries were burnt to hard to eat, onions rings were not cooked all the way, drink machine was out of every drink except Fanta, girl in the back was wiping her nose on her wrist just above her gloves, and had to repeat our order 3 times because the guy behind the counter was more interested in his phone then my order. Wait was unusually long. Line was cramped into the smallest corner of the room and you couldn’t even read the menu from the line.
Tables were packed on top of each other.
