I have had poor experiences at other BurgerFi locations, but my experience here was great, my veggie patty was hot and fresh (I’ve gotten cold patties at other locations) and my friend’s breakfast burger was absolutely delicious and the egg on it was perfectly cooked. Freddy took care of my order and kindly tended to my request that my food be fresh and hot. He was very accommodating. I will be going back!

Great atmosphere, but the quality doesn’t match the prices. In the course of my travels, I have had the opportunity to visit many locations, burger joints, dives, fast food, hot spots being a normal for me. So, with the knowledge I have to compare to, the burger that I had, as well as the ones my wife, daughter, and brother in law had, just wasn’t worth the price. Especially considering the other locations nearby where you can get more food, better quality, and less cost. Was I glad that I went? Sure. Will I go back? Doubtful.

A very close second for my favorite burger place, and the best for a chain / multiple restaurant type. Always perfect, and love the burgers on the lettuce wrap for something unique. This one is a good location too right next to the beach, parking can be a little tricky – it’s worth it though.

Very good burgers. Very happy they added the KetoFi burger. Shakes are also very good. Beyond Burger is also good. It’s definitely not meat but it’s got a great texture and it actually has a savory taste unlike impossible burgers at other restaurants that are mostly flavorless. What happened to concretes?

Deerfield establishment lacks training and direction. Food is always good and reliable. Staff lacks leadership. Two separate occasions my take out order was wrong. 1st time burgers were cold and fries were still frozen in the middle. Second time half of my order was given away accidentally to the take out customer before me. No one checked to be sure my order was correct. Again, food was ice cold. Take out said 30 mins, was there in 25 and food not hot and milkshake was half melted. Management made it right both times with out question.
