Last week we ordered to go at the kiosk, she was the ONLY ONE present for 45 minutes, that employee was the cook, the runner and cleaning up. It took a while to get our food because it was only her staffed, she tried and was courteous, can’t blame her but I can tell the company doesn’t care if they leave their staff like this.
Fast forward today, more employees but missing a lot of stuff on my burger and missed my sweet potato fries completely. Two separate occasions two horrible experiences.

The burger bun was ice cold, the order arrived very late, and the fries were completely burnt and rock hard. It was impossible to tell which item was which. Everything was terrible.

But, they’ve since Upgraded the menu & I mean UPGRADED! The burgers are just the right size & juicy as ever. However, let me tell you about those Freaking Chicken Tenders literally by far some of Thee Best I’ve had in a long time.
And, I must give a special shoutout to Aoss, Midie, Dontoe, & Soso…the level of customer service I received was impeccable & memorable. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN! Thank you for the best experience in a while from a fast food spot with 5 star food items & service. AK

We have not been here in a long time and we were so pleased with the change in ownership and management. Art was in the restaurant hands-on running the show making sure all of the customers were happy and satisfied. He went above and beyond. We were also impressed with the changes on the menu and the changes in pricing which is more affordable now. The food was outstanding. We will come back here often and recommend it to all!

My baseball team and I headed to this BurgerFi location following a double header. They did a phenomal job serving us all on late notice. The burgers and fries were delicious, and they even provided a sweet treat for us following our meals. Midie and Donyae specifically did a great job with their service. We were all grateful for the teams hard work. High recommend this location!

Really disappointed to be leaving this review. I’ve been coming here since it opened as we live around the corner. We’ve always loved it but this last time may be the final time i go back. First we order and pay for extras such as diced onions and cajun seasoning. The order we received came with neither. We walk up with receipt to ask to get them again. We then asked for a side of ranch, to which they respond “it’s an extra cost”. Really? after you just messed up two parts of our order? I then walked back to order burger fi sauce on the side, pay for that too. Just for the lady working in the kitchen to walk out and rudely point out to the register lady and say “burger fi sauce costs extra” , to which she responded that i just paid for it…
Messed up order, nickel and diming and rude customer service from a place you’ve been loyal to left a bad taste in my mouth, not to mention the burgers lacked flavor this time around.
Won’t be back to this location. Might need adults working there again. this was sunday night march 1st
