A pretty cool burger chain.
I have never had BurgerFi before and had wanted to try it, I decided today was the day.
The place was pretty quiet so my food came quickly. The lady at the counter was super friendly.
The burger was good. Better than I had expected to be honest. I tried their standard Fi Burger. My only issue is that a burger and medium soda was $12 bucks. Seems steep. They had coke Freestyle machines but about 70% of the options were empty.
The joint was clean and well laid out.
Overall not bad and I would recommend them once in a while.

Going Places
Walked in to a pleasent, open atmosphere. It wasn’t busy and there was no line, we ordered as soon as we walked in, making it easy to order. Everything was clean, and employees were nice.
Once we got our food everything looked good, although the CEO burger is nothing like the picture that it advertised. The CEO burger we received was half the size of the advertisement, this can be seen in the pictures I took. As everything did look good, once we started to eat we quickly noticed our fries weren’t hot and the spicy chicken sandwich was actually thin and had no spice at all.
Overall, this wasn’t a horrible experience, but it wasn’t anything to brag about either. This is a clean friendly place, but not something I would want to buy again as the food is not as advertised.

Worst meal we have had ever. We don’t go there much, it’s been a couple of years and burgers were decent.
Not so good this time and too expensive for what we got. Fries were soggy and very greasy. Burgers were dry and overcooked, buns were too soft and sauce they put in had sugar in it. Unbeatable. We will never go there again.

First of shot out to all the wonderful employees and manager Phil at this location for the wonderful customer service and tasty food. From the moment you walk in the ambiance is clean, smells Burgerlicous. If your ever by the Boynton beach district area I encourage you to stop on by for a delicious burger or New York style hotdogs I had the burgerFi burger with aged Parmesan garlic cheesy fries . Sinfully good indulgence you won’t regret.

Recent Visit: Ordered the Confused burger(really good) and this time the fries were just right. They were busy but didn’t wait long for food.

Tried BurgerFi tonight and to say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement. They were out of icecream, custards and most of their fountain drinks. When I kindly expressed to Jill that unfortunately I didn’t drink soda and I would like a refund she gladly gave it to me and then proceed to charge me more for my burger and fries then it did with the drink and not only that she went ahead and rang me up for a large fry rather than the size that came with the “meal”. Extremely poor customer service. I should have known when we walked in and there was only one person while the rest of the complex was full of customers enjoying much better service than I am.

First time at this location and it was a poor representation of what this company is actually capable of. We walked in and the first red flag was the self service machines were not in service. We went to the register and stood there for about 10 minutes. The manager would not get off her phone and is right now while I am writing this review on her phone. An employee comes out of no where and takes my order which was a plain double with just cheese and I receive a burger with everything on it. I tell the employee that delivers it I ordered it I with just cheese and they take it back to the cooks and right in front of me they removed it with their two fingers. Not to mention not one of the cooks has a hairnet on. Horrible service. I won’t be returning. Below is a photo of the manager still on her phone.

Always delicious! Their food is super fresh, hot and scrumptious. Get the pricier Angus burger with blue cheese! of course, the fries and milkshakes are awesome too. Prices are a little high but the food is high quality.
