Been to BurgerFi once before and it was at this location. Great experience and blown away by the cheeseburger, bun to bun and everything in between! Absolutely fabulous!
Craving it again, when I opened the door, I was immediately greeted by all. Sean walked out from behind the counter and met me at the order kiosk. He asked if I had ever been before. I told him I had one time. He told me he was going to make sure I had another exceptional visit. He then proceeded to walk me through ordering after I told him I wanted exactly what I had the last time.
While I waited ever so briefly for my to go order, I was very impressed at how clean the dining area and kitchen both were. Always a good sign the food is going to be great.
Sean turned a great visit into a stellar guest service experience. He is the embodiment of the word hospitality.
Superstar Sean deserves a raise. I decided.
And, my cheeseburger was beautiful, put together and packaged perfectly. Was so mouth wateringly delicious, I ate every morsel!

I’ve come here a few times, not too often, but felt like the quality has been going down. First time ever I ordered fries here was good quality and crunchy, second time a bit oily and burnt some. But this time the fries is all burnt, oily soggy and 100% not edible. I usually tip whenever I come, I’m sorry but very disappointed this time 🙁

It is with a heavy heart that I have to share a 2.5 star rating for my experience at BurgerFi. After previously having a 10 star experience at the Lauderdale-By-The-Sea location a month ago, I was very excited to return to BurgerFi on my next trip to Florida. I even brought my family with me. The experience at the other location had me dreaming of the next time I could get my hands on a burger, but my dreams quickly turned into nightmares.
Our encounter was far beneath the standards I hoped for. After a very slow line to order and somewhat faulty order kiosks, we waited over 20 minutes for our food. The grilled chicken was good, but the beef in the burger bowl was cold. My burger was overcooked and dry, but the fries and sauce were immaculate as expected. The inconsistency was frustrating for my taste buds.
Unfortunately the most infuriating part was that two of our orders seemingly did not exist. We were charged and had two receipts but were missing an order for custard shake and another for a chicken sandwich. After 30+ minutes, we mentioned that we were waiting for a custard and had to listen to the employee explain they don’t serve custard… They eventually understood and got the shake within a few minutes. For the chicken sandwich order an employee and a manager adamantly refused to believe that we were missing food. They said the order didn’t exist, despite having a receipt. And then they tried to gaslight us that we already picked up the food, despite having no tray or evidence of food at our table. After much back and forth, which was thankfully calm, they made an order that we had to take to go.
I feel disappointed that I spoke so highly of BurgerFi to my family, only for it to be a frustrating meal. Some food items were delicious and up to standard, while others couldn’t be finished. I am on the fence about my loyalty to BurgerFi, but I do think I will give it another shot next time I am in Florida.

I’ve been coming here for a while and noticed the food quality and service going down. Shame because burger fi has great food. The new owner Sean was great. Greeted me as a was ordering on the kiosk. Was so friendly and has the vide that he cares for his business! No like the last time I was here, waited 30 minutes for my food then the girl came over and basically threw the food and me didn’t say a word and walked away. The burger was so over cooked it was nasty. This time was WAYYYYYYY BETTER. The people and the food was so much better. Best I’ve had in a while. Would definitely recommend this place again!!!

The service was awful and would have left after the 10 wait to be acknowledge. I wanted to pay cash and had to wait until the Miesha was done cutting a tub of onions. She slowly walked toward us and appeared to be annoyed by my daughter and me. There seemed to be no other employee in the facility which could be the reason for lack of tolerance.

Very disorganized and confusing upon entry.

It was almost like the place wasn’t fully prepared to open?!
The young man was accommodating
white the young lady said absolutely nothing to me aside from a few grunts(?)!
The cheeseburger was extremely greasy
since; while eating it, the grease dripped all over my shirt. I’m hoping it isn’t ruined.
The small order of French fries were cold and well done? I didn’t ask for that.
Lastly, I had to return to the front counter to
ask for a new cup since my first choice of
no sugar ginger ale was beyond flat & disgusting.
I went back to the soda fountain area &
decided to try your Diet Coke.
Again flat & disgusting like the ginger ale.
I returned again to the front counter so as
to ask for a container. I was nearly late for my Doctors appointment on Burns Road.
I got there with one minute to spare.
Based on my experience, I’ll never go back there or refer any family or friends to go to any of your locations!!
This location was cold, shallow and seemingly autonomous since there was a
only 1 cook & 1 un-cordial lady in the entire restaurant.
To a certain degree I felt horrible for the 2 employees as this place was unfriendly!

The people are nice here but there’s only 2 so food takes forever. Also, you have to use a slow touch screen to order, you cannot order with a person and that takes 5x longer than simply telling someone your order. I’ve been her over 25 minutes and still don’t have my food yet. The food is good so if you have absolutely nothing to do and don’t mind wasting a half hour of your life, come check it out.

Good selection of hamburgers. Also 2 vegetarian burger options and fish sandwich. Soda machine could have made literally 100 different Coke products but was limited the usual Coke and sprite. A real shame. Bill for 2 kids and 2 adults was$60 something!

Let me start off by stating that my first BurgerFi visit was in Winter Park, Fl. a few months ago, due to my son raving about how good they are. I visited that location and everything was perfect! I loved it so much, I told myself, if I ever see a Burgerfi again I would go, since they are not located where I live. I recently was in the area of Palm Beach Gardens and saw a BurgerFi sign. I pulled into 105 US-1, North Palm Beach, FL and discovered that this was some type of an administrative office. On the door was listed nearby BurgerFi locations, the closest was 2466 PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens so I went. When I entered, everything felt a lot different than my first visit. It seemed a bit unkempt, dirty tables, dirty floors, etc. I met Mark behind the counter who was very nice. I ordered the Cheeseburger ($9.69), a Cry & Fries ($7.49) and a fountain drink ($2.99). I first noticed that my burger bun did not have the charred “BurgerFi” stamp. Not a big deal but it was a nice touch when I first visited the Winter Park location.
The food was good, the fries were a little overcooked and just didn’t seem fresh. When I got my drink, the fountain machine looked pretty nasty (see pic) and the plastic fork dispenser was empty. I asked Mark for a fork and he pointed me to where they were. I told him that the dispenser was empty. He said, “you got me”, handed me a fork from behind the counter, but then never took the time to refill them, even though there was no one in line. I thought for sure being so close to a corporate office it would be top notch but I wouldn’t ever step back in this place again.

Unfortunately, Burger FI is not what it once was. The prices are really high for what they give as a portion. I paid over $7 for a tiny fries with 3 small onion rings. The tables in the restaurant were dirty and the employees were more busy laughing together than taking care of the restaurant. There weren’t many customers and we can understand why. Good luck to the owner of this franchise. I doubt he’ll make it through the year. As for my wife and I, we will not be going back. The prices are exaggerated.
