Can’t imagine they’ve ever filled their parking lot even one time ever but they still are so quick to boot any car left for 30 seconds. JUST ADD PAID PARKING IF YOURE SO PRESSED FOR MONEY. But gatekeeping the only decent parking lot in lauderdale by the sea just because you can is why you’ll never fill your restaraunt with customers. You shouldn’t anger the locals you should befriend them.
Also the floor isn’t the best place to pack orders I’ve heard there’s agencies that would have issues with that

Stopped in this evening to have a quick dinner with my son and his girlfriend. We arrived and parked in the designated BurgerFi parking, walked in, ordered our meal at the kiosk, took our sign and set it at a table outside. Food was great, service was fast. As we were eating, we saw several cars being booted. Most were for good cause as they had parked and walked over to pick up food elsewhere….such as Uber drivers or some type of delivery service. Technically, I can understand the booting When needed. We finished our meal disposed of our trash and did what a good customer should do returned to our cars to leave. When we got to our cars, both of our cars had been booted. At this time, there were already police officers called by other folks who had been booted. I returned to the area where the original booting issue was continuing, and there were three Broward County police officers. I interrupted and announced that our cars had been booted inappropriately. We were customers of the restaurant. I then went in and got the employee that assisted us and made her aware that we had been booted while we were sitting in her restaurant eating. She walked outside and did acknowledge that we were customers of the restaurant and should not have been booted… One of the police officers continued by telling me to calm down and that it’s not a big deal. As the young man came over and released our vehicles from the restraining boot that same police officer escorted him over and told me how he would’ve handled this, which would’ve been to kindly let the young man know that he evidently booted my car by mistake. Point of my entire story is the parking situation at BurgerFi is not a me problem. It’s a them problem. To have a company that is so incompetent in identifying who a customer of a restaurant….. with very few people inside…. is the responsibility of the burgefi…and for this Broward County police officer to treat me as if I was in the wrong instead of the inappropriate booting of my car is concerning. Makes me wonder if there’s any type of kickback happening in this area…… unfortunately that’s the world we live in and to be a law, abiding citizen that encountered an incident as innocent as booting my car and the police officer having the nerve to treat me as if I have no right to defend myself is sad. I caution anyone who goes to the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea BurgerFi Location because customers get their car Booted…I wonder how many innocent customers have had to pay.

One of the best BurgerFi experiences I’ve had. The food was spot on, juicy burgers, fresh ingredients, and perfectly crispy fries. You can really taste the quality in every bite.
What truly made the difference was the service. Art took care of me during my order and did an amazing job — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful.

DJ the new GM and his team we’re fabulous!! We came in and greeted like we were family, such positive attitudes, which is expected to be on the beach here.But when it comes to the food, it was tip top quality.We tried the c e o burger.We came back for another one before we went to the beach.He even cut it in half for us. Great Experience!! They have these futuristic soda mechanics that are so fun for the kids to choose their drink. We were even offered a free sample of the custard!! (Which was AMAZING!) Food comes out super quick and the food is amazing!! Definitely recommend!!
