While I was waiting for my order I had the pleasure of meeting Art. He had this great vibe and made me feel very welcomed. I’m from Texas and he was telling me about another business they have out there. Can’t wait to check it out. Also, I got the szechuan beef burger, it was very delicious!

Burger and fries are good. Soda machine out of everything, they have fans/AC full blast when it’s 58 degrees outside, cups are from a gas station, the only two employees (very nice) here are cooking, stocking, cleaning, packaging the orders and neither of them speak English.

Order was wrong in two different ways, leaving me uunable to enjoy my meal. It was 20$ for a burger and fries and not only was it wrong, but the fries were cold and stale. We had already walked home before checking, I guess that’s our fault. I tried calling to ask if the correct order could be delivered, but everytime the call went through the line would disconnect. I know they struggled and closed a lot of locations, but this was the most run down and dirty location I’ve ever been to, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. You can see where it says no cheese and has cheese on it, you can also see the upcharge for urban style, which would have green parsley flakes and garlic aoili, but there’s only parm.

One of the best burgers I have had. Fries and onion rings were good as well. Counter service was fast and efficient. The only bad thing was the tables were not clean and the garbage cans were filled to capasity. More attention needs to be paid to neatness and cleaning.

I just placed an order through Uber Eats at this restaurant at 1:45 AM. My boyfriend went to pick it up and the manager and the cashier made a scene, they thought he was going to rob them when we had already paid for the order on Uber Eats. They rudely shouted at him asking why he was placing an order at this time. That is not their problem, it is ours, and they treated him like a real criminal. Even though he was clearly showing the order we had made, the people working there this Monday at 1 AM are the rudest people I’ve ever met. I will never eat from this restaurant again, what a shame. The food itself is not bad, but the staff working there is so unpleasant it makes everything else taste disgusting.

It was a terrible experience.
I understand today is Thanksgiving, and the staff might be tired or upset because they have to work while everyone else is off, but this is not how the service industry should operate.
I placed a pickup order for donuts and a hamburger. I drove almost an hour round trip, and when I got home, I was shocked. The donuts were completely hollow on the inside with just a few pieces of fruit thrown on top—nothing like what I ordered. The hamburger buns were extremely stale. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews because I respect everyone’s hard work, but I haven’t felt this disrespected as a customer in a long time. It was simply horrible.
The staff was polite, so this is not about them. The issue is the lack of supervision. Either pay your employees better so they’re motivated, or put a manager in place to oversee operations.

This place went downhill a lot time ago. Service is so slow. You have to order from an iPad which is a bad experience. No one working the kiosks to help you get cups, ketchup (dispenser often empty). Always messy throughout. Under staffed so service and cleanliness suffer really bad. This happens every time.
Recommend only eating here if you ordered online about 45 mins in advance.

We ordered the Junior Burgers with fries and the Caramel fudge chub and the red velvet chub. All was good!

This place has changed for the worse. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the greasy floors and overflowing trash cans, which set a disappointing tone for the experience. The sauce areas were visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment was lacking.
The service was equally disappointing, with staff members seeming indifferent and inattentive. My order came out wrong, and when I requested corrections, it took an unreasonable amount of time for them to be addressed.
To top it off, the burgers I ordered were served cold, indicating a lack of attention to food quality and preparation. Overall, the combination of filthy conditions, poor service, and subpar food made for a thoroughly unpleasant dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying meal in a clean and hospitable environment.
