I ordered my food at 2:17 and received it at 2:55. Fries were cold and had to wait for them to be replaced Plus I ordered no pickles. They did state the corporate would refund my money, but after wasting 30 minutes and the food being less than desirable, I will not be back

If you’re the owner of the franchise, you should be worried. The employees simply don’t feel like working. They barely bring you the food — they almost throw it on the table (do you get the difference?). It’s absurd that the place has music playing while two cell phones in the kitchen are blasting different music, the floor is sticky, and overall everything is a mess. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

Food was good. Burger was filling but did not have the legendary stamp. None of our four burgers had it. The staff forgot one of my sauces that I paid for and the coleslaw was less than half full. Pretty disappointed but I believe I would still return. The store was clean. The staff got the food done fast. But I would change these items in order to return. Bathroom was clean as well.

After waiting over 30 minutes for my order, an employee at the front named Hector came out and, instead of helping, immediately said, “By waiting here you’re not going to get it any faster.” He never once asked for my order name or attempted to check the status. He approached the situation aggressively and dismissively from the start.
What made things worse was that just moments earlier he was loudly berating a food staff employee in the back, creating an extremely toxic and uncomfortable atmosphere for both customers and staff. It was clear morale and professionalism were lacking.
I asked for a refund given the situation. He told me to go through the app. I explained that I ordered at the in-store kiosk, and he simply ignored me and walked away. No resolution, no accountability, no basic courtesy.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Looking at recent reviews, it seems there’s been a noticeable decline.

I needed some healthy but generous portion of food for teenagers after a soccer game and someone recommended me BurgerFi. I ordered a big box with burgers, chicken tenders, fries and onion rings and they loved it! But the most important thing they were satisfied. Highly recommended

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a BurgerFi. I started over ten years ago at the Aventura location which probably on of the first in south Florida. The Miramar location is horindus. The staff is desheved and their customer service is non existent. I don’t know if the ownership is in financial distress, but I can’t see someone that cares about their investment allowing these conditions to exist. The kiosks were not working and they were taking individual orders on a IPad. The young lady taking orders would take seated breaks between customers and when asked to do other things in the dinning area, which needed to be cleaned and organized she basically ignored her. The entire staff on the evening shift should be terminated. The soda machines were either not functioning or out of many selections. The condiment area was filthy. I really feel that if a food inspector came he would consider shutting it down. Please who ever owns this place for your and your family’s well being make corrections immediately. God bless you in your efforts to correct things.

Something has changed drastically at this location, and not in a good way ! It used to be such a great atmosphere, friendly staff and great food! Now the staff is super slow almost as it feels on purpose, they give the feeling that they just do not want to be there LOL! It’s so disappointing to see such a great place going down! I use to be there at least one/twice pre week. Today it took them over 15 min for a burger and fries, people that came in after me got their food first and supposedly they do not participate in the loyalty programs so be ware that they probably do not have the special menus and offers that Burger Fi is advertising like “Free Fries Friday”, “kids eat free on Tuesdays” etc. and get points each time you spend money there!

This location is VERY understaffed. The guy behind the counter is trying his best, however he is making it abundantly clear that the management does not care about lick about their employees or their customers. It is absolutely ridiculous when management will not support their people. The staff is super frustrated and within reason. I’m a delivery driver and I got two orders for burger FI the orders were ordered before closing and I accepted both orders at 9:50 pm where it was still open they close at 10:00 pm and they still should make the orders before they close. One of my customers waited so long for her order with 3 delivery drivers canceling the order and when i got there they didn’t have either one of them ready and they just closed without doing the both they had to do. She likely wasted over an hour for her food they didn’t make it and they just closed two people had to get refunds since this store decided not to do it even if it’s 9:59 you still have to do the order you can’t just close whenever you feel like it. I was only there to pick it up and waited for a while only for the owner to tell me that it was closed I told him I was uber eats yet he told me they where closed you left 2 people hungry and a delivery driver dissatisfied for your job. Next time make the orders ready in time even if your closed if the order was ordered before 10:00 pm you still have to get it done I’ll change my review if you make a good job next time.
