I would not recommend this place. I was greeted with a foul odor from the worker. It almost made me turn around. While waiting for my food and shake, the worker came to my table and said ” There is a big sign at the kiosk stating no shakes and you ordered a shake”. He said it rude. I responded that I did not see the sign and he responded with sarcasm stating that the sign was right in front of me. He then proceeded to offer a refund. He began to be nicer but by this point I was done. To top everything off, the food was gross especially the burgers. The onion rings weren’t too bad. Two combos for $50 is crazy for the low quality you get. I asked another worker who the manager is, and he responded that it was the young male with the fro that rendered my services. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I ordered my burger a specific way and they didn’t respect what I asked for. The service was careless and it seemed like they didn’t care about the customer’s request. The food came out poorly made and the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t order here again.

I was here and the food was good as usual. I ordered a CEO and was told the garlic aioli sauce was not gluten free. So I ordered the sandwich with a mayonnaise type sauce. I also ordered a beef hotdog instead of the fries. I ordered the hotdog without the bun. I also ordered a Diet Coke. Overall the service was fast and the food was well made

Today I ordered burgers and they took more than 40 minutes to prepare. When I finally got them, they were undercooked. I find this very disrespectful to the customer and a serious issue in terms of hygiene and food safety. The staff also seems poorly trained. I had placed a catering order through EZ Catering for another BurgerFi restaurant. The morning of the order, I received a text message saying they would be unable to fulfill it. I called the Miami Lakes location and Henry immediately assisted me. He was very helpful and reassuring that he would be able to complete my order on such short notice. His customer service skills are extraordinary. The food was ready on time, I was given everything I needed to serve it and it tasted great. Thank you, Henry for saving the day

Sooo today I tried the Buffalo chicken sandwich and Cajun fries drink was the banana shake can I get an OMGoodness ! The fries were seasoned to perfection not to much and not to little . The buffalo chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection and crispy. The sauce wasn’t too saucy nor was it watery which is big for me .! My entire meal tasted really really good not to mention that they were just about to close ! But don’t take my word go check them out for yourself. If you are a spicy lover try it out !

Extremely frustrating. We waited over 57 minutes for our food, which is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. There was no clear explanation for the delay, and we weren’t given any meaningful updates while waiting.
Because of the excessive wait, I asked for a refund. I was then told that the ordering machine charges more than the cashier, even though there was no cashier available. I paid $74 for my order, but the staff member initially said they could only refund $64 cause of the difference. After going back and forth, the amount was adjusted to $71, and I was then asked if I wanted the remaining $3 to which I said yes . That entire interaction was confusing, frustrating, and unprofessional.
