I thought the burger was a 5 out of 5! My family didn’t think so though. But I’m starting to think nothing satisfies them it’s like, bruhs, y’all need to just be content already But seriously, my burger was el Fuego and the service was great too. So good! My friend and I came and got the breakfast all day burger and ultimate bacon cheeseburger. Tom answered all of our questions and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. One large fry was more than enough for my friend and me to split. The shakes were very high quality just like the service. Will be back!

Place was pretty busy so there was a bit of a wait but the food was so worth it, the pictures speak for themselves! We didn’t want to wait to order milkshakes or concretes after we ate but I definitely look forward to trying those soon.

I ordered the conflicted burger and it was five star. The fries were overcooked, looked burnt and tasted burnt. So they get one star. And the female employee who got attitude when I asked her if the fries were always this dark needs to be let go. She said they’re supposed to be “crispy.” This was her response and she offered no resolution to my issue. Her demeanor said “I don’t care” in a big way. This is the kind of thing that makes customers not return. I definitely will not return. I don’t care how good your burgers are.

This is the place to BE!!! Five Guys what!!! They don’t have anything on B-Fi. The difference is truly in the bread and the meat. True customer service at its best. Always cooked nice hot and fresh, anyway you like. This is a place you can never go wrong. If things aren’t done the way you like, they will earn your business.

Read reviews before coming here. Total repeat of smash burger which closed down to to horrible customer service. The guy cooking the food is taking personal phone calls on his cellphone in full view? $11 burger “”CEO not with toppings but a tomato jam? Not real Wagyu beef either, chewy and super dry even after ordering more jam adding catchup mayonnaise and mustard. $5 french fries and my wifes hit the table with cold to the touch meat? To top it all off we waited 20 minutes for average to bad food. Epic burgers was super expensive as well but the food is actually really good.

Food was okay, when I got it on my table it was not what I asked for but was still decent.
The service was honestly horrible, the old guy taking orders with the cute ear ring and a marine core pin on his shirt was a jerk. Was my family and I first time eating there and buddy didn’t crack a smile or a welcome in, couldn’t even look you in the eyes. He really made us feel like he didn’t want us eating there.
