Nice little restaurant in a good location. The employees were very friendly and helpful. all I saw on the menu were double burgers, and I asked if there was any way to get just a single burger. The very friendly gentleman there assured me I could get whatever I wanted. And the burger was very good as were the fries. I was really hoping for some unsweet iced tea though, and the only way they had it was in a bottle. They were having issues with their Coke machine, so had a limited selection of drinks.

The food is excellent. It is huge and filling in the portion they give! It’s better than 5 guys in my opinion! I will definitely be coming back! And the straws they give for milkshakes is great. My family and I visited Burger Fi for a second time this past week. Everything ran smoothly, the food was out in under 15 minutes, our party of 5 was able to quickly find a table and the employees were amazing (thank you Danny). This time I tried the Breakfast All Day burger… WOW! Talk about a show stopper. My husband and I both loved it. On top of getting a delicious burger we were shocked at how great the onion rings are (and how big they are). The fries with garlic aoli and aged parmesan also did not disappoint. If you like sweet and spicy you have to try the ghost pepper and honey sauce.
If you tried them out when they first opened and didn’t love the experience (be it that they were crazy busy or out of an item), you should try them again now. TOTALLY worth it!

In the middle of a snowstorm in Williamsburg Virginia, I decided to go to BurgerFi and pick up some food. I had been wanting to try several of their burgers since I had never been in a BurgerFi before. The three gentleman working were friendly and the place was spotless. I highly recommend eating there but I decided to get mine to go and head back to try the food.
So the first thing I ordered was the cry and fry. It is the onion rings and the French fries together. The first thing I chose was the onion ring and I have to say the crunch is perfect, the flavor of the onion is perfect, but the flavor of the batter is just a little off from what I expected after having eaten onion rings all my life everywhere else. Now I got over that by eating the second one and realized that it’s just a slightly different flavor than normal, but it’s actually pretty darn good. I would have to give the onion rings here. A would recommend minus.
And now for the French fries. They were delicious and I give them a would recommend. They are a lot like five guys. They have the skin on them and they’re very tasty.
And now for the burgers. I tried the cheeseburger first. I did add onions to the burger because I love onions on a burger. So after having taken that bite I thought this is a really good burger and I would have to give it a would recommend minus also because it’s quite tasty. It’s slightly different than everything else on the market. So I was happy.
So then I tried the conflicted burger. I have to say I did not expect it to taste that good. It had the veggie patty along with a hamburger patty. I was astonished about how it added a unique flavor to the standard cheeseburger. It was like adding a hash brown potato to a hamburger and it was delicious. I have to say I give it a would recommend. Yeah I know. Weird huh.
So then I got to the Breakfast all day burger which actually does have a hash brown on it. At first I was astounded about how great it was because I really couldn’t taste egg or the hash brown but all mixed up together It was delicious and I have to give it a would recommend.
If I was in the mood for a hamburger and BurgerFi was in the vicinity I would go there and have one of these. It would depend on whether I wanted the breakfast burger or the conflicted burger. I rate them higher slightly than the regular cheeseburger. Even with the onions lol. Fries are great. Onion rings are good. All in all a good place to stop and have a meal.

My first clue that I should go somewhere else was the fact that there was only one person in there on a Saturday afternoon.
Wanted onion rings, they were out of them. Wanted a milk shake, the machine was down.
Burger I got (The CEO) was lack luster (see pic) they have not mastered the art of melting the cheese. There was so little Bacon Tomato sauce that I couldn’t even taste it and I had to order more ($1.45) The price here was definitely not worth it. Plus they had the audacity to ask for a tip when I got my own drink, got my own refills, got my own napkins since there were none on the table, and no one came regularly to my table to see if I needed anything.
Also, the place needs to get cleaned up, the floors were pretty bad. Probably won’t ever come back here.

I wanted to love this place. While having my nails done last month they were doing training and brought some of the prepared food to the neighboring businesses. Last month it was excellent. Today, not so much. 15 minutes in line to order, 20 minutes to get food. Burger was cooked well but the lettuce was whimpy. The onion rings had good flavor but very greasy. The french fries were great. I was hoping for a nice cold adult beverage, but nothing yet. Their ordering process needs to learn something from Chick-fil-A. The tables were clean and the interior is inviting.

My wife went to get us take out and this place turned out to just be OK. She described her experience to me as follows: The place only allowed for ordering on a kiosk, then onion rings weren’t on the kiosk and had to ask for them, the shake machine was triple O (out of order) and lemonade was out. The fries were a little soggy for our taste. Onion rings were fine and the burgers were good. Long story short just OK based on our experience. When I saw craft beers on the cup, I asked my wife if she saw any there and she said no…not sure what’s up with that.

At first we were a little skeptical about dining here because the Google reviews weren’t great, but I can assure you that the food is great! The burgers were great; urban fries; onion rings (try dipping them in the BurgerFi sauce) & the red velvet milkshake were all AWESOME!
The portions are HUGE!
They also appreciate military, law enforcement, teachers & students with a 10% discount

I am so very disappointed in my order. Just got delivery through GrubHub. I ended up paying $42 for two burgers and one order of onion rings….and the food was barely edible. First…not one of the items was correct. The onion rings were burnt and so salty, We couldn’t eat them. My daughter’s Plant based burger was wrong. They put toppings on there I selected to leave off….there was maybe two drops of ketchup and another tiny drop of Mayo…..and the clincher is….it was only HALF of a patty! When I checked mine…it was two mangled burgers on a bun with cheese and no other toppings that I ordered. The burgers were dry and I kept biting into tiny little pieces of gristle or fat. Very, very dissapointed and I just don’t think it is right to pay so much for such poor quality. Will not be giving them return business. UPDATE….Since they “care” so much, I contacted the customer care team linked below. It’s a joke. All it is is another “rate your experience” form to submit. Never contacted by anybody with even a lousy apology. HORRIBLE way to treat people who are giving you their money!

My only concern is they have a highchair for kids but seems like it’s too small. I have a 16 mos baby but he can’t almost fit his legs. Probably the chair won’t fit a 18 mos baby and above. But not really an issue! Over all it was a great place to eat and good people.
