PERFECTLY cooked burger! Our meal was expensive but so worth it. Everything (wagyu burger with gluten free bun, kids burger, hot dog, sweet potato fries) were delicious. There’s a nice green commons area directly outside that is so relaxing.
We were a little turned around for parking – there’s a big garage but we parked at the elementary school on that weekend (not sure if we are supposed to do that) and then the place is a block down the street.

I was absolutely surprised it was opened today 1/25 but I’m sure glad they were! The snow storm didn’t stop Hasly from providing great customer service and she checked on us to make sure we were fine. My daughter and I enjoyed the food. The tenders were so yummy! I will definitely come

I had an amazing experience at BurgerFi! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy, and everything tasted high quality. You can really tell they care about the ingredients and presentation.
What made the visit even better was the outstanding service from the cashier, Ranox. He was friendly, patient, and extremely professional. He made sure our order was correct, answered all our questions with a positive attitude, and kept the line moving quickly without making anyone feel rushed. His customer service truly stood out and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, fantastic food and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

First things first, let’s start with the service. I wasn’t expecting cashier Joseph to go the extra mile and treat us like we were at a restaurant. He checked on us, asked if we needed sauces, brought napkins, and really made us feel welcome. That means a lot to me because I wasn’t having the best day, and I chose to get out of the house with my best friend to grab a burger. Nothing special, just burgers with my bestie, and Joseph’s warm welcome turned things around. So again, thank you, Joseph! You never know what people are going through, so good customer service goes a long way, especially in 2026, lol. As for the food, Burger Fi is always a top choice when we’re talking flavors. The burger did not disappoint. I forgot the name, but it’s the one with jalapeño peppers, BBQ sauce, etc. The bathroom was clean, and so was the dining area. I live in MD but frequent VA often, so I will be back. It’s definitely worth the drive.

I stopped in with my whole family during their grand opening, bringing 2 little kids and my elderly parents. The manager on duty personally came around to greet people and treated us so kindly that it made a real impression on all of us. They were absolutely slammed with the opening but our food came out quickly and the staff all remained friendly, despite the chaos of an opening day. Burgers and fries were great, no complaints at all.

Horrible customer service experience. The ignorant woman claiming to be the manager, barely spoke English, argued with me saying I ordered a New York style hot dog even though I ordered Texas style and my receipt said the same. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I got back to my office and not able to take another break to go back there so when I called she started yelling at me telling me she wouldn’t refund me because I was wrong and hung up on me, and refused to answer my call backs. Complete lack of professionalism. A shame for a new business

I was there a half-hour before closing and they had no trouble serving me. The burger was quite good and the fries were outstanding. The sodas included Coke Zero (pause for applause). It’s a newer area, so not so busy yet. I’ll eat there again when I am back at the nearby hotel.

They opened 2 days ago. Great tasting burger , fries and shake. They also have Udi’s gluten free bun or lettuce wraps. I would come here again.
