Positives: the new ownership definitely gave it a much needed facelift, although some pictures are hanging slanted-maybe a nod to the previous ownership hah … but overall it’s way better aesthetically and seemingly in much better physical shape than previously.
Negatives: A Drake-only music playlist was kind of annoying. And I like his music, but literally nothing else? Both TVs were showing political news, which is… a choice. One tv broadcasting a straight up presidential board meeting, the other news. Just interesting for a burger joint. I think mostly bc today was the last day of the Olympics, seemed like they could’ve come up with like.. anything else to put on. And finally, and most importantly, the food was noticeably worse. This particular franchise used to taste soo good and fresh. They fresh cut their fries in house, now the fries look different and taste processed. As does the burger meat-took two bites and chucked it, so sad. The bottom bun was non-existent and there was so much sauce it slid off the paper thin bottom piece immediately. The taste of the thin pattie’s didn’t possess the freshness it used to. Ugh so unfortunate. If only the old higher standard food could be met with the new higher standard aesthetic-this place would thrive. But new ownership seems to have bought in to the corporate corner cutting from a food standpoint.

BurgerFi is one of our go-to burger place! Our favorite has always been BurgerFi burgers with jalapeños added to it! We also enjoy the fries with Cajun seasoning. I’m sad they don’t have the coke float on their menu anymore. The servers are friendly and always accommodating. The outdoor seating is great for Spring/Summer times!

I have recently been to BurgerFi twice. Each time I have been pleased with the cleanliness. The food is good. I really appreciate that the meats are anti-hormones with no antibiotics. The service was also good. The food came out quickly. The young lady, Alivia, who took our order and served us was very professional, courteous, and kind. I recommend!

food was honestly terrible compared to what burgerfi used to be. Waste of money 40 dollars for two burgers, 1 order of fries, and two drinks. Service was horrible from the minute we stepped with the cashier literally rolling her eyes while she waited to take our order and not saying a word to us when we walked up to the register. What’s really making me write this review though is there was a piece of literal trash in my girlfriend’s burger. We tried to get the attention of the people working about whatever plastic that was in her burger and they just kinda shrugged their shoulders and didn’t seem to care or even try to compensate. Literally didn’t no one said a word or apologized to us either when we walked out. So overall the experience was not good.

I went to BurgerFi today and had an excellent experience. The customer service was amazing everyone was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, I got a Green Style burger, which was fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant was very clean and well organized. Everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back

I just had the pleasure of experiencing Burgerfi’s new tender meal and birthday shake. The chicken was cooked perfectly and wonderfully seasoned. The bread was fluffy and had a satisfying crunch. It comes with their house fries which are always amazing. And the birthday shake was sweet and complimented the meal like a match made in heaven. I was promised the chicken was better than canes and I think they succeeded.

Hello there! I had the privilege of trying BurerFi for the first time and let me tell you their food does not disappoint!! The tenders were cooked to perfection. The breading was crispy but not over cooked and the family fry portions were enough for me to enjoy them at the restaurant and have plenty extra.

Best burger I’ve had in a while! You can actually taste the difference in the beef. The onion rings were amazing and crispy. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving a quality burger.
