Stopped in today with a large group of my coworkers because we had a conference in the area and the two workers were very busy, but they kept their composure and the manager was very nice. She not only assisted us with ordering but explained the menu and even was going back and forth into the kitchen to help cook and even brought us our food.

The place was very well kept and most importantly the food came out fast even though it was busy and the food was well prepared and delicious

We were sad when this location closed. It’s now open with new owners. I had a really nice chat with them when I was here last. It’s great to see someone local working hard to make this place great.

The burgers were great as always and they are working to offer newer menu items.

The location is also very clean.

I’m not it’s 100% sure how the food is since they reopened, but considering that I went there to pick up an order because I am a driver for a delivery service. I was not pleased with the experience that I Had So I walk in and it’s definitely looks like a ghost town nobody eating nobody even in the restaurant I go to the counter to see if my order was ready and there’s nobody in sight not even a worker so I start Saying hello is anybody here? Nobody answered kept saying hello is anybody here couple minutes later some guy comes out from wherever he was and I said hi I’m here to pick up an order for so-and-so and he says oh that’s gonna be 10 minutes. I said 10 minutes I said I got this order like 15 minutes ago how are you gonna tell me it’s gonna be ready in 10 minutes like why haven’t you even started my order? So then I’m waiting there and figure it OK. I’ll wait a few minutes and see what’s going on. See if my order comes out and then some girl who I don’t even know where she came from comes out and she says how can I help you and I said, yeah, the guy said my order is gonna be about 10 minutes. I said understand why and she’s like well. That order just came in and I was like that’s funny because I got this order like 10 minutes ago and I’ve been standing here for five minutes then she tells me well. We’re only two people and I was like OK. I walked in there was nobody here the last time this place was in business. They used to have more than Two people and they wouldn’t hide and not be doing their job. Looks to me like things have gone downhill since they reopened. I don’t think I would ever give them my business. Let alone pick up an order again from that place, and the girl had an attitude like she didn’t care about the business and I didn’t even know she worked there because she didn’t even have a uniform on I don’t know who owns this place now, but it seems to be run pretty crappy since they reopened I can see if you have nothing to do you but to hide in the back and Customers have to yell back to the employees to get their attention

Had to order twice, but, it was worth it.

Put an order in online well ahead of time for pickup later that day, but unbeknownst to me, even though I received a confirmation email and was charged, my order failed to transmit later in the day. A secondary email was received, but I don’t check my email constantly throughout the day so I didn’t know this until I arrived.

When I did, the staff was genuinely confused what happed to my order, and was trying their best to fix it. When I showed them the confirmation information that was when I stumbled across the email alerting me to the failure, but luckily they were good sports about ti and let me reorder straight away.

Went with a customized Beyond Burger and an order of the Cry + Fry Urban Style, I took a seat and within 5 to 7 minutes my order was up. Very snappy given my burger was quite the tall task, with two beyond patties, and a bunch of swaps between sauces, cheese, and other toppings.

I have quite the drive home, around 45 minutes, but amazingly the burger was still nice and warm thanks to the insulated bag it is packaged in. The Cry + Fry didn’t fair as well, but I was snacking on those the entire drive so all is forgiven.

After digging into everything for real I was almost worried they messed up and used real meat patties, until I recognized the more grainy texture of the beyond patties. Still crazy how close they nailed the flavor of real meat, and my creation feels like it should be a menu standard with how well it all came together. The urban style Cry + Fry was also good, even better with the dipping sauce, but they were on the cool side by the time I was able to try the two together.

Overall given the failure of the online system, but then the real concern the staff showed me, and the delicious burger, I have to award full points. Even better the total, with all my extras I added and tip, was only a bit over $30. Very acceptable.

Stopped in for lunch with a colleague during a work trip. There was nobody else there. Ordered on the kiosk because nobody was working the counter. The soft drink machine was out of order so I had to get a shake instead. Our food was good, but I had to wait for them to make the shake. Got up from my chair to get it and almost ripped my pants because I sat in something sticky. In addition to the soft drink machine being out of order, the ketchup bag was lying on the counter next to it. The staff were being directed how to cook back in the kitchen. It’s almost like they weren’t prepared for customers even though it was noon. While we were eating, another customer came in and got annoyed by the kiosk showing more expensive prices than what the menu listed. If you choose to eat here, be prepared for meh service.

The wait was half an hour with no one else in the restaurant. The entire place had an overwhelming smell of porta potty; this is not a euphemism, it literally smelled strongly like a portable toilet. Absolutely disgusting to operate a restaurant like that, hopefully the health inspector comes around soon. I don’t know what happened here, but this place is in shambles now. Nothing like it used to be.

We’d eaten here many times before it closed, so we were excited about the re-opening. Welp, it was TERRIBLE. Nothing worked, including the order kiosk, and we’re still owed a refund of over $20 despite waiting an hour for it. The food took 45 minutes even though the place was empty, and here’s the “what you ordered vs what you got” photos for the onion rings. There was no ketchup, and the soda machine wasn’t working. The only bright news is that we didn’t get food poisoning, so yay I guess. Eat at your risk.

Probably the best french fries in the world and the onion rings are fabulous as well.
Oh did I mention they serve hamburgers too, they are wonderful but I wish they were cooked on a fire grill instead of just a flat grill then they would be the worlds best burgers as well. But they’re pretty darn good the way they are.
They have other things as well but you’ll just have to experience it when you visit one. The last one I was at was in Miami this one is much better food wise.
Seven bucks for a small burger not a cheap place.
So much better than five guys burgers can’t even compare.

Do not go here. Terrible experience. Took the order for myself and my kids, waited and waited and asked for a refund after 40 minutes of waiting and was told they don’t know how to do it. Stood at the counter for awhile ignored until I had to interrupt the girl behind the counter to ask for a refund. Multiple customers walked in to pick up door dash/orders and was met with an annoyed girl behind the counter saying “it’s gonna be a bit”. No customer service skills. The manager Damian kept going into the bathroom to make phone calls which was very sketchy. Fountain machine was broken and the tables were absolutely disgusting. I filed a complaint with burgerfi and 6 days later I’m still yet to get a phone call, an email, or an attempt of a refund. Left an hour later without food, out my money, and a terrible experience. Thanks!!
