The fries are perfectly cooked and salted. I’m on the Whole 30 diet and felt healthy cheating with these fries! My boyfriend got a cheeseburger and he devoured it in minutes saying, “Better than Shake Shack!” The food came out fast. My boyfriend got the the key lime concrete (key lime pie and ice cream) and he’s in food heaven. The food came out quickly – maybe 5 minutes. It’s clean, the staff is friendly (lovely female cashier on duty tonight added to our positive experience) and the food should be rated 10 stars!

The food at this franchise is of the highest quality being that they don’t use any hormones, pesticides, or steroids. The meats used are only vegetarian and humanely raised! Not only that but fries and onion rings are freshly cut daily by team members of the store. The ingredients used in the food are all of higher quality than most competitors, and is clearly the best option for whatever you may be in the mood for! My personal favorite is the BAD burger and it is savory yet slightly sweet but completely delicious! Come try your own today 🙂

Burgers are smash style. Well browned edges. Very tasty. They toast the buns. Fries are boardwalk style (fresh cut). Chicken seems pre-breaded but higher quality, considering.
They’re very careful about food allergies, and that is important to us. We have a family member allergic to chicken and egg. Other flat top burger places (like smashburger) cannot or will not accommodate. This place was not only willing, but gracious.
I do wish they had more variety in toppings, but, I’ve been very happy with everything I’ve ordered. I’ve had the BurgerFi w Cheese, Bacon, and the CEO. Urban and truffle fries are almost the same thing, but they’re tasty. The flavored fries are better for dine-in, they give you more topping.
We’ve been back like 5x already. Keep up the good work. 🙂

For just opening I think they’re off to a great start…they do have a few kinks to workout but I’ll definitely be back…the burgers are really fresh and the chicken tenders are the star of the show …can’t wait to try the chicken sandwich…the fries where the upset but will let them redeem themselves next trip …

Had an absolute FIRE meal from the Burgerfi in Cherry Hill. The CEO Burger was BUSSIN fr fr. No . The fries are cut fresh by hand all all the dipping sauces slap. Highly recommend the Fi sauce and the Truffle Aioli. Service was fast and the food was fresh, and that’s on gang.

This location has been surprisingly good. I normally visit in the evening and have only been about 6 times since February but every visit has yielded a quality experience. My recent visit was no different and after swearing I was going to post a review on how good the service has been, I felt compelled after speaking to the manager while waiting for my completed order (they dropped fresh fries and onion rings! ),
The chicken sandwich was hot and fresh. Considering it was nearly 10 pm its hard to not be impressed that someone in a chain establishment, places customer satisfaction high enough to ensure the food was made fresh.

All around not good. We were expecting a competitor to Shake Shack or Wayback. First time here, possibly just a bad night, but not sure. For a brand new place, it’s really low tech. The ordering screens didn’t work (only one was on and it was so slow and gave out halfway through us trying to use it). Had to wait a little bit for an employee to come take our order. We saw someone get giant onion rings that looked great but when we ordered, they were out. The food *looks* great but it’s really disappointing. The burger was OK, edible but not enjoyable. The burger patties were thin like smash burger. The chicken sandwich just tasted like a mouthful of fryer oil. My husband will normally eat anything, even if it’s not great, he will just bare with it and eat his meal. Not this time. The urban fries were the best thing we got but once you get through the top layer with the toppings, the fries themselves aren’t great. We later saw that same person before us throw out those onion rings so I am guessing they weren’t great either.
The seating & condiment area wasn’t the cleanest it could be (it wasn’t filthy either to be fair) and the plastic chairs felt really flimsy and uncomfortable.
The staff we interacted with were all nice enough and it seemed like there were a lot of employees. I will say we observed that the employees kind of all did their own thing. It didn’t seem like there was a manager there keeping everything running smoothly. You’d expect someone on register, a few people cooking, a runner, someone on dining room etc. Just from the 30-45 minutes we were there, you could tell there was no system in place.

It was our first time there and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The burgers and fries were really good. My only complaint is the skinny straws they served with the super thick delicious shake. Had to let it melt a bit before I could actually drink it. Will definitely return.

Burger was nothing to write home about. Habit Burger has much better customer service and slightly better burgers. Habit has nicer atmosphere for dine in. The associate at the register was in a daze. Had to tell her twice what we wanted. Fries were some of the worst I’ve ever had. Was there in middle of lunch hour and the place was devoid of customers. Don’t think this place will last long. Slightly expensive for burgers. Bottom line, don’t waste your time or money!P.S. Floor should be resurfaced, looks like it used to be a garage or auto parts store warehouse. Cherry Hill NJ store

This spot finally opened as I wanted to venture outside of my comfort zone with burger spots. I ordered their “Swag Burger” and onion rings. The burger itself was delicious and with a spicy kick due to the jalapenos in the sandwich. The patties were soft and moist as you can taste the juice in them. I recommend adding more flavor as the taste of the bacon disappears with the moist of the burger, sauces, and the bread. The side of onion rings were very crunchy and huge. They offer fries, shakes, and deserts. I recommend giving this place and try. Definitely found myself a new spot to eat at for lunch.
