I love the owner and his commitment to halal food. He isn’t a Muslim, but he understands the humane quality of halal slaughtering. This owner convinced me to keep the jalapeño sauce though I generally don’t like jalapeños. I trusted his judgement and wasn’t let down as this burger was phenomenal. Anytime I’m in the DC area, I will be eating here. May Allah (SWT) bless this place.

Food was fresh. I enjoyed the Diablo burger with tots… First bite of Chicken burger was very good it was kinda dry in the middle. Same goes for Chicken club. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu 🙂 also the staff was nice enough to let us dine-in post closing

Maybe the best burger I had in the area. Had the Sq Burger and the Minster Burger. Hard to explain how good it was, the patties just right, rich and enough juicy; the sauce and jalapeños just the right amount… just excellent. I felt I had a month’s fill.
The owner was very kind to make suggestion. He even upgraded my second Sq Burger to a monster. And a moster of a burger it was.

It is glad to see that we are getting more Halal burgers/fast food options in Aldie, South Riding area. This Burger Xpress of Pollo Express is a nice breeze for burger lovers.
They have number of option to chooses from. We tried Grilled Chicken burger, Chicken Sandwich, Philly cheesesteak sub and Chickens Wings. Chicken burger and Wings were awesome. However Philly cheesesteak sub or not sure what they call it was not par as we anticipated.
Service and price was good. I think they can work more on the environment and can make it more vibrant. Owner is from El Salvador if I remembered correctly but was very friendly and had time to tell us his brief story about starting this shop.
I would recommend it’s worth to try atleast once and share your feedback if you opt to try different menu item.

I was in the area and wanted a good burger. I stopped by and noticed they had many different burgers. I had a Diablo burger that was super spice and I loved it. It was fresh and cooked perfect. Also, liked the fact it has Halal food option as many different cultures can come enjoy a good burger. I spoke to the owner and he was very welcoming. I am going to have to drive far but this burger is worth it. I am letting my friends know and bring them here for a great juice burger. I wish the success to the owner as he has the right idea.

Me and my colleague ordered burgers over the phone then when we got there the manager wouldn’t honor the online price or include the same ingredients as listed on the menu. For example I wanted the spicy bbq burger which online says comes with bacon. Get to the store and tried to charge me extra. Not only did we not end up purchasing, but due to his rudeness we told him we’re never coming back and telling people never to go to him again either. The kinda treatment and service he gave really makes me doubt he even serves halal food.

As someone who recently moved to the US from Dubai, I was looking for food that can rival Dubai’s. And let me tell you, it certainly does! The food was great, staff was great (and were very patient going through all the menu items with me) and the service was great.
10/10 recommend.

I would not recommend this place. I ordered Double Cheese burger and 2 Grilled sandwiches. Double cheese burger had 1 raw patty and both Chicken Sandwiches had dry chicken meat with no taste at all. Wasn’t worth of money at all.
