Always met with a smile and friendly staff everytime we come to pick up our food. Our orders are always correct, the foods always hot, and my picky kiddo will actually eat a cheeseburger kids meal from here. I won’t get a fish fry from anywhere else but here! Wish they were open till 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays though!

Not sure if it was an off night but I was disappointed. First, with a name like Burger Xpress I fully expected a better than average burger. The one I had was not that, perhaps even worse. The y use a thin premade patty. It was extremely bland and lacked any attempt to satisfy. Toppings were spot on but they lost me at the first bite. I’m not suggesting a handmade patty but I think theres a lot of work to be done with the one you chose to use.

BEWARE: If by some chance they get your order wrong, they will not remake it. Food was okay, average plate on the item that was right. Portion of order was incorrect, called within minutes to tell them. Claimed they couldnt do anything about it. Awful service, It was on Friday and they did say they could have the manager/owner call back Monday…yeah, ill wait an entire weekend to get a resolution for a simply fixed problem we dont need to wait for…1st time and last time, train employees so they can deal with a simple redo when an order is wrong. Reflects poorly on the owner and business when the solution offered to such a simple fixable problem is to wait a few days.
That was a cute response from the owner, notice how you passively aggressively responded and offered nothing at all to the initial issue? Gave it another shot after you took my money and didnt get it right. It was correct the second time(and only the second time) plate was okay 6/10 id say. Gave you another shot, not good enough to go out of my way for and try to respond within days…not weeks or longer later. You arent that busy. The initial review was never settled and you only responded thinking you had something to say since i gave you another chance so…still not getting more than 1 star lol next time speak on the initial issue as well
Also, I know youre slow but it can be the same order and 2 different people. Was a cute try though, now stop embarrassing yourself.

Really great food and well priced. Small local restaurant that prides itself on quality and great customer service. My go to is the 2×4 Plate with a cheeseburger, red hot and white hot, with Tater Tots, Macaroni Salad, Cole Slaw, Meat Hot Sauce, ketchup, mustard, and Chopped onions. A flavor bomb of epic proportions. The sweet and tangy Cole Slaw, mixed perfectly with the savory protein selections, the creamy macaroni salad, and the crispy and perfectly salted Tater Tots. All in a spicy meat sauce and kicks it up to another level. Stop by and try it for yourself. I know I will be back.

You have fast food chains and then you have premium burger establishments. I was happy to find Burger Xpress yesterday. They sit in the middle between premium made-to-order burgers and competitive prices. It took about 10 minutes. I will be going back soon.

Seriously the best. We love their food but even more so, their service is top notch. We put a note on our sons order of a hot dog kids meal about including a lemon. Our 5 yr old suddenly loves lemons. This was done through grub hub so we didn’t expect it to be honest. It gets delivered and we open our sons meal.. there it is! A lemon wedge. It’s the small things to be honest.
