We’ve ordered before and always had a good experience. Tonight we ordered 2 gyros with extra sauce and extra feta cheese. We got home and no cheese at all. I called and I was told I was incorrect and there was cheese in the bag. There was NO cheese. I just looking for an apology for an incorrect order and instead I was told I was wrong and they packed it correctly. They did not and couldn’t even admit their mistake that I paid extra money for. Very disappointed in their customer service. Not the right way to treat your customers!!

What a wonderful place! When we walked in, it had a very “hometown, casual” atmosphere. We brought our two kids under 6 and they do not sit still, but that was okay. There was enough space that they could get up and wander a little without us losing sight of them or feeling that it was inappropriate for them to be doing so. You could tell this was a true family owned business. AND THE FOOD! Gyros have always been “meh” to me. I mean, they’re tasty sure, but once you’ve eaten one, you’ve eaten them all. I WAS WRONG! Their gyros are the BEST I have ever had!!! My husband loved the kabob (even though I don’t think he exactly knew what he was getting at first). Even the fries were tasty! I felt that the prices and portion sizes were fair too. This was the kind of place you could go every week and it would be like visiting a friend’s house for dinner. The only “complaint” I had and I hate even having one, was that I got a couple desserts to-go and they had a slight freezer burnt taste. I’m sure they’re fantastic normally and I’d still try them again if we’re ever in the area. Thanks Burger Town for letting us dine out comfortably! We normally don’t because our kids make it a nightmare, but this place made it easy because of the atmosphere

Awesome food with great people that work ther & very nice owner. They take extra effort to make sure the food is very best quality & service is second to none in my opinion. I’m not from this town but if I ever come around again. I’m definitely gonna stop by & talk up some more with these kind folks. 🙂
