Fresh made burgers. First time patron at any Burger Time at recommendation of my local ND daughter. I thought the hamburger was OK with a decent size patty (for Bigger Burger). I enjoyed the fresh and good quality toppings. Service was quick and affordable, especially for fresh made burgers for 6 people.
This location is a drive through only, I think (are all that way?). It was an easy drive through (no overhangs or tight turns).

Friendly staff, fast service but need to work on the cooks making the food right. Lady at the drive thru went over everything and even said mayo only on the chicken sandwich on the receipt but still got lettuce and tomatoes on it. Everything tasted great though after I took that off :p At least the rest of it was right though.

Burger is a processed patty like you would get from the frozen food section of the grocery store and a cheap one at that. With a name like Burger Time you would think there would be more pride in there food quality. Service was fast though. For the price I can go to smash factory or Rocky’s and enjoy a delicious burger. Big disappointment this was on the quality of food and fries tastes like old oil.

Yeeeeaah no. My patty was cold and the cheese never melted and it was kinda scorched vs charbroiled. It really couldn’t been good if my meat wasn’t cold. Fries were delicious ( needed salt or seasoning). Nice friendly customer service!

So I am from the area and I have always went to this place to eat! Prices are amaxing and food used to be that way too, until I went yesterday and got a burger that I had not been getting from here in the 20 plus years I have gone here! It’s defiantly a change I do not like! We sadly will not be returning to what was my favorite place in Minot is now the worst! Get the burger patties that you had before back you are driving your business in the ground!

Honestly, given how much hype I heard about Burger Time, I was not impressed.
The burger I ordered was greasy—and not in the good way. Like the bun was too. The fries were mushy. We also had to wait 25 minutes for food but I’m very certain there was only one employee working and it seemed like she was busting her ass.
Can’t say I’ll come back.

Food is just such low quality. Chicken strips were chewy and oily. Burger tasted like it was over cooked, refrigerated then microwaved and tossed on stale old buns. Definitely a pass.

BEST BURGERS IN TOWN! Sure, they have things they can improve on. Maybe better location, better cleanliness in the parking lot. But the restaurant in itself portrays professionalsim. Took a small peek into the kitchen, and it looks and operates like a 5 star burger joint. Their onions rings are fried just right, their fries crispy, and burgers made with care and love. Talk about Burger time! If you are in town to visit, highly recommend making a stop at Burger time. Because it’s burger time every time.!

Think of the apocalypse, a barren wasteland in which you cannot find good food. Your surviving off some canned crap you happened to scavenge up in some forlorn abandoned home. Then someone offers you a burger time burger. Because then, and only then would a burger time burger taste good.
